OSAS? Can a Christian lose salvation? Does salvation depend on behaviour? How about keeping the 10 commandments or even 613? These sorts of questions limit salvation to the idea of forgiveness of sins. It is true that salvation includes the forgiveness of sins but it is vastly more than that.

Lord Jesus told us what the gospel is in reality, Luke 4:18. It's a precis of Isaiah 61:1-3.

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed........."

Salvation has far more facets than forgiveness of sins. The Greek word for "to save" is sozo. It is used in the sense of healing, deliverance and even being raised from death. We use the word soteriology for the study of salvation. The root of that word is sozo.

Examples of other meanings include: Matthew 8:25, saving from physical danger
Luke 8:36, deliverance from demons
Matthew 9:21, physical healing
Matthew 14:31 saving from perceived (not real) danger again
Mark 10:52, physical healing
Luke 8:36, deliverance from demons
2 Timothy 4:18, bring safely to a destination

For some reason that I find inexplicable, some so-called "sozo" ministries avoid deliverance ministry. Deliverance ministry is as necessary now as it was in the time of Jesus. Healing is still the children's bread. And we can be confident that the Lord will lead us safely to our heavenly home.

Is just believing in Jesus enough to be Physically healed today of all sicknesses and diseases -----like Cancer ---Blindness ----Mental illnesses ----Weaknesses and everyday strains of flu --colds ----etc ?????

Spiritual healing comes By way of the Holy Spirit according to Scripture -----So can the Holy Spirit heal your Physical weaknesses and sicknesses and Diseases ----???????????

Christians cannot accidentally lose salvation, but they are free to repudiate their saving faith if they are foolish enough to despise their newbirth right and commit apostasy.

No, salvation does not depend on good behavior but on right will/belief,
beginning with repentance of hating/ignoring God's Word and seeking/loving Truth (2Thes. 2:10, 1Tim. 2:3-4, Heb. 11:6).

Yes, salvation depends on being forgiven for sins because of faith in the atonement of Jesus as Messiah and Lord (Rom. 3:20-5:11).
Such saving faith implies the following elaboration aka the Christian creed:

The normative way of stating the kerygma/GRFS in the NT is “Accept Christ Jesus as Lord” (as in Acts 16:31, 2Cor. 4:5 & Col. 2:6) or “Love Jesus as Messiah and Lord” (John 8:42). The main points of Christian orthodoxy implicit in these statements can be explained or elaborated as follows:

1. There is a/one all-loving and just Lord or God (Deut. 6:4, John 3:16, 2Thes. 1:6), who is both able (2Tim. 1:12) and willing (1Tim. 2:3-4, Ezek. 33:11) to provide all morally accountable human beings salvation or heaven—a wonderful life full of love, joy and peace forever.
2. Human beings are selfish or sinful (Rom. 3:23, 2Tim. 3:2-4, Col. 3:5), miserable (Gal. 5:19-21), and hopeless (Eph. 2:12) or hell-bound at the judgment (Matt. 23:33 & 25:46) when they reject God’s salvation (John 3:18, Rom. 2:5-11).
3. Jesus is God’s Messiah/Christ and incarnate Son, the way that God has chosen (John 3:16, Acts 16:30-31, Phil. 2:9-11) of providing salvation by means of his atoning death on the cross for the payment of the penalty for the sins of humanity (Rom. 3:22-25 & 5:9-11), followed by his resurrection to reign in heaven (1Cor. 15:14-28).
4. Thus, every person who hears the NT Gospel needs to repent and accept God’s justification in Jesus as Christ/Messiah the Lord or Supreme Commander (Luke 2:11, John 14:6, Acts 16:31), which means trying to obey (Phil. 3:12, 1John 1:8) His commandment to love one another (Matt. 22:37-40, John 13:35, Rom. 13:9)—forever (Matt. 10:22, Psa. 113:2).
5. Then God’s Holy Spirit will establish a saving relationship with those who freely accept Him (Rev. 3:20) that will eventually achieve heaven when by means of persevering in learning Truth/God’s Word/sanctification everyone cooperates fully with His will (John 14:6, 17&26, Rom. 8:6-17, Gal. 6:7-9, Eph. 1:13-14, Heb. 10:36, 12:1, Jam. 1:2-4). Such cooperation can be termed “the surrendered life”.
6. This creed summarizes revelation of the NT Gospel/Truth (Matt. 26:13, John 14:6), which fulfilled the OT revelation (Matt. 5:17, John 19:30, Heb. 7:11-10:10) and culminates the search for salvation by souls who know only general revelation (Rom. 1:20, 2:14-16, Matt. 7:12). Seeking begins when souls love truth/repent of false beliefs (2Thes. 2:10&13, Matt. 4:17, 7:7), which is the Way to eternal life God wills, who is the Lord Jesus (Matt. 7:14, John 1:14, 4:24, 14:6). Lacking this love leads to believing lies and debauchery (Matt. 7:6, Rom. 1:18&25-26, 2Thes. 2:11-12).

So how does Physical Healing happen today ----?????

What does Physical Healing look like Today in your view ----???????????

God created us. He knows how to heal us. There is inbuilt healing through the body's inner repair mechanisms.

If God can create the universe by His power, He can fix broken bodies. He simply spoke His Word and it happened. Lord Jesus also spoke His Word and people were healed of blindness, many ailments and even raised from death.

Lord Jesus gave His power and authority to believers. We also can speak God's Word and people will be healed.

I have personally been healed many times. The first time, I was a brand new believer. I did not know enough to know that God gave up on healing people. So when the preacher described my symptoms exactly, I responded. I put up my hand, he prayed, and my chronic liver condition was healed instantly. Later that evening, I prayed for myself for a ailment I'd suffered for years. I was healed instantly.

A few years ago, I was in hospital with a terrible illness. My now wife prayed for me. The doctor told me that my wife's prayer was answered to the letter. I began to improve from the moment she prayed.

Decades ago, there was a small group of believers about to go our separate ways. One of them had a terrible toothache. He could not get up, let alone ride a motor bike several hundred kilometres. His brother said that we should pray. In myself, I said that God does not heal teeth. God spoke to me and said, "Yes I do". I received a gift of faith and commanded the tooth to be healed. Immediately, the brother got up and got ready for the ride.

The Western world especially has given up on divine healing to a large extent. It's been replaced by the health system. No faith is required so it's easier. It perpetuates itself. Less faith, fewer healings so people assume God has quit the healing ministry.

There have been servants of God who had great faith to heal. Derek Prince is one. Harry Greenwood also. I was in a meeting and someone I knew was healed while he was preaching. They have both gone to be with the Lord. If you are interested, look up Derek Prince.

Healing is not automatic. God does not violate our will. People who fail to acknowledge God as healer often lose the healing. Gratitude and appreciation is an outworking of faith, as most of those healed in the NT expressed. There is one glaring exception. Jesus healed ten lepers. Only one came back to thank Him. It's speculation, but I would not be surprised if the other nine lost their healing.​
