Wow, I was wondering why anyone would say this? I can understand feeling this way about the assassin, but about a friend of Charlie's who is concerned that the investigation is thorough?
So I listened to this link of her's:
Now this begins with her making a big deal about some guy 4 minutes after Charlie is shot removing the SD card in one of the video cameras, the one directly behind Charlie. She also points out that when she asked him why this would be the first thing that he would do he lied to her about it.
I think it is easy to explain, Charlie was just shot in front of him, so naturally he was in shock. Put yourself in his shoes, an assassin just shot and killed a close friend of yours, right in front of you. What is your first impulse? Call an ambulance? Call Charlie's wife? No, it is to get your hands on the SD card in the video camera right behind Charlie before the crime scene investigators show up. It isn't a crime if you do it before the police tell you that you can't.
Now she draws all kinds of inferences from the fact that this guy made a bee line as soon as Charlie was shot to grab this SD card. Later they made a "clip" from the SD card which she alleges was zoomed in, cropping out stuff that was on the video that perhaps this guy didn't want you to see, and when they made it public he described it as a "true and accurate representation" of what is on the SD card. She says this legalese is not a lie even if the clip was zoomed in.
Now to be fair the guy in question did explain why he did what he did. He said he knows that people are evil and he was worried about theft. She then asks one of those "gotcha questions" why he left the camera and only took the SD card if he was worried about theft. I think the answer is obvious, whatever was on the SD card was far more valuable than some professional grade video camera.
She then points out that after taking the SD card from one camera he ignores the other two cameras. So his concern over thieves has nothing to do with the cameras or even the footage on two of the three cameras, just the footage on the one camera. She shows us footage of what he does next. He puts the SD card in his pocket and pulls out his phone and texts someone. Now anyone can imply all kinds of nefarious reasons for this behavior, but maybe, just maybe there is a very good reason for this and he just hasn't told us what it is.
Now Candace theorizes (and I believe this theory of hers is why Bible_Locket and other honorable people feel shame about her), anyway her theory is that he was texting someone to say that he had completed the task of grabbing and securing that SD card. But here is how we can put Candace to an open shame! All we need to do is get a subpoena for that text message. We know the exact time of the text. Most likely it was done on his phone, it would be highly suspicious if he was using a burner or someone else's phone, get that text. If we find that he was texting his wife to say he would be getting off early from the rally and would pick up milk on the way home, well then, Candace will be put to an open shame for thinking such terrible things.
