I understand why asking for the video footage taken behind Charlie Kirk at the time of his assassination is relevant to this trial. I don't understand why there is so much talk about Candace Owens, that has nothing to do with the trial. I understand why seeing the guy who took the SD Card immediately send a text message is relevant to this thread, that could certainly tell us who wanted that SD Card removed, I understand why asking the FBI to give it to the prosecutor and defense attorney in this trial is relevant. But unless Candace Owens is a witness in this trial, her being sued by someone else is irrelevant distraction from the question at hand.

So, who put out to the public that the video he gave the FBI was cropped? I feel like cropping the video before giving it to police is tampering a bit. I'd think they'd get a warrant for the uncropped version and bust the guy for doing anything to it in the first place.

Owens has repeatedly asserted with scant evidence that France's first lady is a transgender woman, saying she would "stake [her] entire professional reputation" on it.
There is a video of him taking the SD Card 4 minutes after the shooting, so there was no question about him taking it, TPUSA confirmed he took it because "people are evil" and that the FBI now has the SD Card. The video is around 26 minutes long (that is how long the video on the other two cameras is) but all they have produced from this card is about 3 minutes long and it is zoomed in. It is a wide angle lens. He has said that it is "an accurate representation" of what is on the SD Card, a phrase that would be true even if they cropped out some of the image and would also be true if what they don't want others to see is on the 23 minutes not shown.
Bottom line, if you give 3 minute video from a camera that has 26 minutes of video on it, then you have "cropped out" some of the video. Likewise, if you zoomed in and cropped out some of the wide angle video you have also cropped out. Regardless, the only way anyone can know what was and was not seen is if we get the full 26 minutes on that SD Card.

This has nothing to do with this thread. This thread is about Tyler Robinson trial, any evidence that would either convict or exonerate him or anyone else that might have been involved in the assassination of Charlie Kirk. It is a criminal trial, not a spat between different organizations about what they are "implying" on their broadcasts.
It is quite interesting that Bible_Locket is intent on derailing this thread with irrelevant posts designed to confuse the issue and change the subject.
