Dear friends, what is Christian marriage according to you?
lynx knows. a christian marriage is where the woman & man are both born again Christians, which by the way is "equally yoked". & they observe & obey all the laws of God concerning marriage, before, after & all the way to the end of marriage. they attend a Christian church who has a christian male pastor. no female pastors in the Christian life. female pastoralship is against God. 1 of the Corinthians books & Timothy books qualify that.

yeah, I remember something like that.
yes, you are correct. i didn't mention that on Saturday's & Sunday's, sometimes i attend sales or if the weather is rainy, i'll work in the garage on antiques or tune my landscape equipment, search antiques or coins, clean antiques, etc. then there's the emergency factor where if a fallen tree has beset someone, i have to rescue them.

my sis/bro seriously from what I see we can know we'll only while we live it but it is what Kalon says

Both following Christ in not just speech but actions.
Both learning to be better spouses to each other in love, kindness, forgiveness and empathy.
Being a team instead of Master/Servant, but as head of the house, the man has the final say and will be held accountable to God for his decisions.
Working as a team in whatever ministry God has for you.
Studying Scripture together, keeping each other accountable and reminding each other of God's goodness, faithfulness and love. Even discipline when needed.
And both finding a good church that loves the Lord with their actions. And while I disagree with Pauls letters being taken out of context as far as women leadership, finding the right church should be something God draws both people towards. Which brings me to the last one.
Both should constantly seek the Lord in all they do.

Dear friends, what is Christian marriage according to you?
Christian marriage is a covenant God Himself creates, not just a legal arrangement.
When two believers commit to one another, God joins them into one flesh, and the relationship is meant to reflect Christ and the Church—sacrificial love from the husband, willing partnership from the wife, and mutual submission under Christ’s authority.
It is lifelong, exclusive, and rooted in shared faith; without two believers, it isn’t a Christian marriage in the biblical sense.
At its core, Christian marriage is a living picture of the gospel, not merely a romantic or civil union

Can I ask a question since someone brought it up?

Where do you go to get married?
Go to your town or city office, apply for marriage license, and file that application i think, then go to your pastor or town, city judge after a few days, they will officially marry you.

So, let's say you are going all out and having a church wedding. There is probably a Pastor or the like presiding over the wedding, you have the bride and groom looking awesome with huge smiles and you have the congregation all armed with rice super soakers right? lol.

So the Bride and Groom exchange vows, rings and seal it all with a smooch, right. And then the Pastor proudly announces, "I now pronounce you married." Then after a few quick pictures, the Bride and Groom head through the gauntlet of a drooling crowd looking to inundate them with rice, right? Then once they get through that, they get outside and there is the Grooms car all decked out with graffiti, maybe some cans dragging out the back, right, and in the back window it reads JUST MARRIED. Then a few weeks later you get a letter from the State with a CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE License. So, this is how one gets married right?
