Then later she said she acted herself into a corner. Because now her family wanted her to cut and style their hair.

by all accounts, she was just as nice and genuine as in real life as she was in her music..
Touching song. In er career she wrote more than 3000 songs.
Coat of many colors was based on her own life. She wore that coat as a child. I think her mom made it for her.
Love that movie. Did you know someone sued Dolly over that song? They claimed Dolly stole the lyrics.
Dolly fought and won. She testified during the trial. Walking to the stand,carrying her guitar.
She gave a mini concert from the witness stand.
The judge was tdpping his foot in time.
Guess who won the case?

I don't remember but then I'm not from the US. I'm sure it probably has happened before, maybe not in our lifetimes.
In honor of her Dad, who could not read. He lived to see it become a success. Wonderful.
Now, Dolly and her parents are together again.
She suffered cancer briefly,but died in the hospital surrounded by family and love.
