A man was mugged and robbed in an alley.
Along came a man in his fine dress clothes on his way to church. He saw the man and said to himself, ''If I were not on my way to church, I would help him, besides, I don't know him, and he might be trying to trick me so he can rob me, and besides, he may not even be hurt.'' And he went on his jolly way.
Another man came along in his fine dress clothes on his way to church, and he also saw the man, and he saw that the man was a sinner (he had seen him at a club), and said within himself, ''Well, he should go to church, serves him right.''
Along came another man who didn't go to church, and he too saw the man, and he went and helped the man. He put bandages on his wounds, and took him to get something to eat, and left him with some money.
Now, Jesus said to love your neighbor as yourself.
Which of these men did that?
