No worries about sharing, I get that situations are complicated and if other people are involved that makes it 10x harder. Because you want to be fair to them and respect their privacy, even if they aren't 100% innocent in the matter.
Writing about it more (not to share, just for yourself) might help you make more sense of it all. And I would also look into complex trauma, or CPTSD. YouTube has a lot of videos that explain the concept. Tim Fletcher is a pastor who has posted a lot of good videos on the subject
Anyways, chin up, keep looking to Jesus taking one day at a time, and keep being humble, open, and thoughtful. That's pretty much the secret to life, and see now, you've already found it! You will do well
