This caught my attention 👀 I was a big fan of the movies. Might be a bit to creepy for most the gamers here though.

Ohhh I loved the movies and I'm a big horror nut during October - I try to watch a scary movie or play a horror game every day from the 1st to 31st.

Then on Halloween I watch "Cinemassacres Monster Madness" where he breaks down all the horror movies starting from the black and white ones like Nosferatu etc.

Now do I have hope that a modern remake will be good? No 😂. But I have been pleasantly surprised before!!

Action adventures are so expensive! But it has a free demo you can play until the game is officially released!

You're right especially the well-developed ones. There's an old RPG I just got recently on steam called "Summoner" and it was less than $2 Canadian so I highly recommend it if you're into the PS1 age of action adventure.

The beauty of being so patient about games/sales is that I usually spend less than $20 Canadian for a AAA title. Summoner was a $60 game when it came out for example!!

Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah!

You wouldn't believe how cheap KOTOR is these days, and it's still fun to play.

My sister rang me and I was playing Hello Kitty. She asked me what I was doing and is said playing a game. She was suspicious, oh what game?
I said Hello Kitty.
She goes what?!
I said it's a video game on the phone.
Then she berated me for playing it and said I would get addicted.

I should have just said I was reading or listening to music. I don't like being yelled at on the phone. It hurts my ears.

The music on Hello Kitty Island Adventure is really good. Sometimes the intro plays a theme that can vary each time and depending on which area of the island you go to..eg the Spooky swamp area plays spooky music.

Yesterday they had a beautiful piano solo playing the theme music instead of the usual orchestra. I mean this is top notch music for your ears if you have your headphones/earpieces otherwise without them you just play in silence.

The only thing I noticed that annoyed me about this game was there was a glitch on the looking for beach items washed up on Gemstone mountain. Two of the characters had disappeared meaning I couldn't actually see them, they were invisible yet I could talk to them. And that wasn't part of the quest's scenario. After I finished that quest they appeared back but its kind of weird, maybe I had walked right through them!

Well actually two things, when moving the character around and you just tapping, sometimes you make the character jump instead of picking up stuff or walking. Otherwise you do have a fair bit of control but it takes a bit of getting used to.

I'm glad you're really enjoying it though!

But you know older sisters. I have one too. They mean well and are just watching out for you!

Is it only that island? Sometimes game studios have different teams working on different parts of a game.
