Naw, been there, did he research and then God slowly revealed I had been brainwashed by false teachers.
No need to go back.

No, you don't understand because you aren't reading the scriptures the way they were written. Daniel 12:4 has a double fulfillment and so do many of the other scriptures. It's called "prophetic telescoping" where bible chapters and verses can explain multiple events in one chapter or verse.

What happened shortly after 65 AD?
What happened shortly after 95 AD?

HeIsHere thinks that the temple being destroyed in 70 AD brought everything regarding the Old Covenant with the Jews to an end. He thinks that the book of Revelation is just an apocalyptic vision of how that all took place, but the book of Revelation wasn't written until around 95AD and wasn't meant just for the Jews of that time period. It is meant for future Jews after that period and for the rest of us throughout the rest of the world.

Would you explain dispensationalism as you mean it ? I’m asking Sincerely sister , I’m not usually clear on what everyone means by the labels. Lol just asking to know if I agree or not

I think the main teaching of the dispensational school of thought is that God has two groups, the church (a parenthesis in history) in his plan and then then the ethnic group.

The church age, also called the age of grace, which is now, which is a separate group, will be raptured away and then God goes back to the first ethnic group.

Major problem with dividing the bible like this people were always saved by grace, in the OT and presently.

The ethnic group will ALL become believers sometime soon ............after the anti-Christ, famines, wars and so on.

So they want us to believe that there have been generations of Jews who were not given this special privilege of whole group salvation, only those living in a certain time, which to them is present day.

How does that even make sense.

Dispensationalism also denies Christ Jesus/God fulfilled all his promises of the Old Testament, especially the land promise which again is a direct contradiction of scripture found in Joshua and Corinthians.

For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.

Okay.

How do you know this ? The same amount scientists that have dated it ad 95 have dated it as 65 the same history of the church depending on which one a person follows dates it also many years apart

some things we simply don’t know tangibly or empirically. Either way to support either argument or interpretation

There is much research proving it to be the case, both with regards to the internal evidence of the the Book of Revelation and external evidence.
If you want to read a dissertation on it I can link it?

I appreciate that but also know that I have said things that might offend some people too.
I hope they understand that I do not dislike people for what they believe.

I do not get offended, if I do it is short lived, but I definitely will move on when the accusations reach a certain level in frequency and intensity or I interact sparingly.

All the promises of God do find their YES in Him. Jesus said He would fulfill ALL of them in Luke 24:44.

Below I'm using A.I. to describe in great detail what happens throughout the Bible concerning Israel and the Jews:

Old Testament: God Declares He Will NOT Show Mercy

VerseWhat It SaysContext
Hosea 1:6"Name her Lo-ruhamah, for I will no longer have compassion on the house of Israel, that I should ever forgive them."God names Hosea's daughter "No Mercy" as a living sign of judgment on the Northern Kingdom
Ezekiel 24:14"I will not hold back; I will not have pity, nor will I relent. You will be judged according to your conduct and your actions."God's declaration before the fall of Jerusalem to Babylon
2 Chronicles 36:16"They mocked the messengers of God…until the wrath of the LORD was aroused against his people and there was no remedy."Final judgment on Judah before exile
2 Kings 17:18"For it was of the Lord to harden their hearts…that they might receive no mercy, but that he might destroy them."The fall of the Northern Kingdom to Assyria

New Testament: Jesus Shows Mercy on Israel

VerseWhat It SaysContext
Matthew 23:37"How often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing."Jesus weeps over Jerusalem, expressing deep compassion despite their rejection
Matthew 9:36 / 14:14 / 15:32 / Mark 6:34 / 8:2"Seeing the crowds, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd."Jesus repeatedly shows physical and spiritual mercy to the Jewish crowds
Luke 7:13"When the Lord saw her, He felt compassion for her, and said to her, 'Do not weep.'"Jesus raises the widow's son (a Jewish mother) from the dead
Romans 11:1–2"I say then, God has not rejected His people, has He? May it never be!"Paul's direct rebuttal to the idea that God is done with Israel
Romans 11:25–26"A partial hardening has happened to Israel until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. So all Israel will be saved."The hardening is temporary, not permanent
Romans 11:32"God has bound all over to disobedience so that He may have mercy on them all."The ultimate purpose of judgment is mercy

The Key Tension and Resolution

The OT "no mercy" verses are all contextual and temporary declarations tied to specific moments of judgment (the fall of Samaria, the fall of Jerusalem, the Babylonian exile). They describe what God will do in that moment because of unrepentant rebellion.
The NT shows that Jesus—standing in the full weight of those OT judgments—refuses to let them be the final word. In Matthew 23:37, He stands before the very people the prophets warned would face "no remedy" and expresses a mother-hen level of longing to protect them. The pattern Paul draws in Romans 11 is that the OT "no mercy" declarations were provisional (a "partial hardening"), while the mercy declarations are eternal ("all Israel will be saved," "mercy on them all").
In short: the OT says "I will not show mercy now" as a consequence of sin; the NT says "I will show mercy ultimately" because of covenant faithfulness. The "no mercy" verses describe the process; the "mercy" verses describe the purpose.

That is actually a very tidy chart compared to others i've seen. Some are so complex that they look like a plate of spaghetti

The one thing that absolutely proves to Preterists that all things have not been fulfilled yet is Revelation, chapters 20 through 22. Death, Hell, and Satan still exist, but a day will come when they are all thrown into the Lake of Fire and none of them will ever exist ever again.

The book of Revelation concerns itself with something being imminent. Three times in the first chapter this is made clear:

1:1...must shortly come to pass...

1:3...the time is at hand...

1:7...they also which pierced Him...

This is where the case for 65 AD comes from. What event was imminent and came to pass shortly after 95 AD?

The rise to its greatest extent of the Roman Empire, its fall, its division ? The rise of Mohammed in Revelation chapter 9 ? All that was imminent.

Let me show how it's worded:

Revelation 1:19

19 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter;

This covers everything. Past, Present, Future. ALL of it. It still covers today. The Bible was written for ALL GENERATIONS.

And that's what the book of Revelation is concerned with? Or is it dealing with the end of a covenant, meting out consequences for a failure to keep the covenant, and pointing the way forward, perhaps?

Daniel was told to seal the words of the book; John is told to publish them. Same subject for both. One was future; the other was saying it's here.

Daniel 12:4 says that the books are to be sealed until the time of the end when knowledge will increase. Not much knowledge has increased for the Jews since 70 AD, they still don't recognize Jesus as the Messiah, but the Bible tells us that eventually they will.

To me it is all of human history from the time it was written until the time the physical Kingdom is established on Earth. What's that saying? Prophecy is history in the making, and History is prophecy fulfilled ? Or something like that :) To me chapter 9 is so detailed about Mohammed it can be nothing else. But that is just my opinion, I know no one on here will agree, because most think everything is in the past or everything is in the future. Just chipping in my two cents :)

Why would the churches at the time be told about Mohammed, sorry but I just do not see it.

That's your evidence? Actually knowledge did increase. Much greater understanding came with the teachings of Jesus and the disciples. Much more of God's redemptive plans were made known.

You still haven't given any support for anything being imminent and coming to pass circa 95 AD.

Why would the churches at the time be told about Mohammed, sorry but I just do not see it.
Why would the Jews be told in Daniel 2 and 7 about the succession of Empires? Because at the end of everything we have the Kingdom of God, Paradise restored, the resurrection etc
