I have knowledge of the system. There's a list of crimes that local government employees committed. There are many criminals who get away with murder and innocent people who are falsely accused.

I have no dog in this fight. I've stated principles that normally apply to murder.
There are no such thing as Noahide laws.
The command given by God to mankind that I quoted from Genesis 9 certainly was not eliminated by the new covenant. Who it applies to in this case is not my job. I will just say a prayer that mercy and appropriate justice prevails for the proper people. God knows what happened and it's in His hands.

Lindsay Clancy admitted she killed her babies.

This case hinged on whether the jury could find Ms.Clancy guilty, ju
by unanimously voting after being convinced beyond reasonable doubt that she intentionally killed her children.
And that she did not do so as a result of postpartum psychosis.

I'm seeing conflicting coverage on this story, particularly where the mandate is concerned; but mandated inspections would be a violation of people's rights and wouldnt get far in federal court. Not that they should waste the courts (and everyones) time to begin with.

Fyi....it is not unheard of that people confess to crimes they did not commit.

Plus ..

Lindsay Clancy has not made a formal written or recorded public confession; instead, her admissions and account of the events came out through testimony in court from witnesses she spoke with after the killings, such as her ex-husband Patrick Clancy and hospital staff/chaplains.

No one is bashing men. Can you read? The women are fed up with the men bashing us. We are not all Clancy and we do not all think she is innocent. I for one, have said more than once that she knew what she was doing. I hope there is no new trial. I hope she is
put in a home somewhere and we never hear about it again because she is not going to get the death penalty and at this point everything around her is nothing but a circus.

I heard briefly about this attempt by the governor of the state about what you have posted here. I don't see how people could stand for this but the way things are going, it might be time to hide Moses in the bullrushes.

I guess no one can stop you from saying or thinking that men are being bashed but resonable women on this thread have it up
to here with the posts wherein it seems some men think we all would or will kill our children. Thjat's insane.

One other thing though....she was never diagnosed with post partum until AFTER she contacted a lawyer. That's a F A C T

You really are not even offending me. I'm way past it. You know, it was a woman who went to the garden early in the morning where Jesus had been buried. Love is love. Me? I learned alot from my dad. His authority was in patience, kindness and listening to me and teaching me. He lost authority when he yelled (scared me). See, I don't think you know what real authority is. I really don't.

I take back my first statement because you've shown me that there are a lot more considerations to get to the truth. Since I don't have time or interest to pursue this case, I'll withhold forming an opinion about her personally.

I am very opinionated about the lives of children. I've been prolife all my life and think that you are too.

Do you believe an abortion is permitted if carrying to term will kill the mother?

No one denies this is a horrific crime and trying to get to the truth of the matter in no way means that a person is not pro-life.

But this is a very complex case, going back to some of the first rulings by the judge.

We do not even have access to everything that jury heard, yet some people are so sure she was of sane mind, even when no thorough investigation really took place, along with the fact a person would need to listen to hours and hours of testimony.

I was told by a physician who has worked in obgyn that is extremely rare.
What Planned Parenthood and abortion groups like them have done is to create a Scare Crow /Red Herring argument. They have taken a mile to allow killing babies for "the health of the mother." This has been so generalized to be defined as financial hardship, depression, or anything they want to fill in the blank on the form, by reprobate MDs who make million$ more than mafia hitmen.

Both mother and child have the value of life as defined by God in many old and new testament passages.
Mother's have died during childbirth.
Children also tragically die as we all know those who have had miscarriages.
Those are real risks of pregnancy.
If you leave out the physician, the chances of healthy pregnancy and children go up dramatically.
If I were a father, I would say what you did,
"I didn't ask a physician's opinion...."
