Lt. Col. Theresa Long made the claims in a sworn declaration filed in federal court. Long is board-certified in aerospace medicine and holds a master’s degree in public health.
War Secretary Pete Hegseth detailed Long to serve as a senior military medical adviser to Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Her declaration was filed in litigation pending in the Eastern District of Virginia.

“I have first hand knowledge of over 29 deths of servicemembers after vaccination with the COVID-19 vaccines,” Long wrote.

Long said she is reviewing approximately 55,000 adverse-event reports involving members of the Armed Forces. Those reports include 2,544 reported deths.
The 2,544 reports were submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. A VAERS report records an event occurring after vaccination but does not, by itself, establish that the vaccine caused it.
Long said she has access to unredacted reports, medical records and some autopsy findings and hopes to complete the review within a year. During an August deposition, she identified 28 cases that she personally attributes to vaccination.
She described one service member who d*ed following rapidly progressing esophageal cancer and a student pilot who suffered sudden cardiac deth while operating a helicopter during a training flight.
Long said an independent cardiologist examined the pilot’s medical history, imaging and laboratory results and identified vaccine-related myocardial injury as the most likely explanation. That conclusion has not been announced as a final government finding.
The filing arose in litigation involving Dr. Terry Adirim, a former acting assistant defense secretary for health affairs under Lloyd Austin. Adirim signed the 2021 Pentagon memorandum implementing the military vaccination requirement.
More than 96 percent of service members received the vaccine before the mandate was rescinded in January 2023. Earlier Pentagon reviews reported finding no vaccine-caused service-member de*ths, a conclusion Long disputes.
Service members and their families deserve a complete investigation based on medical records, autopsies and evidence instead of politics."

In a 6-3 ruling, the justices granted the Justice Department's request to stay a June order from U.S. District Judge Sparkle Sooknanan, a Biden appointee who had blocked states from using the federal SAVE database, claiming it violated voters' privacy and risked wrongly purging citizens from the rolls. The Supreme Court disagreed, clearing state and local officials to resume 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐬 while the underlying case continues.
SAVE isn't new. It's a 40-year-old federal system originally built to verify immigration status for public benefits. The administration overhauled it last year, linking it for the first time to Social Security Administration records and letting states run bulk queries against real citizenship data instead of guesswork.
The tool already has a track record. Texas ran 2,724 names through SAVE after they were flagged as potential noncitizens — and on recheck, 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝟒 𝐢𝐧 𝟓 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐮𝐩, with only about 20% reinstated as citizens. That's exactly the scrutiny Sooknanan claimed the system couldn't deliver.
Existing law still bars mass purges within 90 days of an election, so the ruling won't scrub rolls before the midterms. But the precedent is set going forward, and it's a big one.

"I’ve seen several people suggest that Exxon is sabotaging the midterms by shutting down its refinery before the midterms, in an attempt to hurt republicans.

That’s a knee jerk reaction.
I actually think something much bigger is happening with this shutdown (likely temporary) and Trump isn’t worried about the midterms because they’re ALREADY safe in my opinion.
What’s the bigger possibility that nobody is talking about?
Step back and look at the bigger picture.
Trump has just taken away the cabal’s oil choke point in the Middle East and now he controls the oil supply in the Strait of Hormuz.
Then Trump made a massive deal with Venezuela, who sit on the largest oil reserves in the world.
Trump effectively controls the vast majority of the world’s oil supply now.
And here’s the KEY to that Exxon refinery shutdown:
Where does that Exxon refinery get its oil?
Answer: Canada
Guess what happens to the Canadian economy, the longer this refinery stays shut down?
Here’s what I believe is happening.
Carney is a puppet of the EU and Trump is going to force him to capitulate on a trade deal and lower their tariffs.
And it’s more than just forcing Carney to capitulate.
Canada supplies about 61% of oil imports to the U.S.
Mostly through Exxon.
Why?
Exxon owns 69.6% of Imperial Oil, which is Canada’s biggest refinery company.
Exxon dominates the Canadian oil import market in the U.S.
But things are changing quickly.
Guess where Chevron dominates?
Venezuela and the Gulf of America.
Venezuela is now the second largest oil importer into the U.S.
And growing.
The new Trump deal is helping Chevron and Valero to increase oil production AND refinery capacity, both in America and Venezuela.
Trump is “replacing” Canada’s oil “leverage” in these trade talks with Venezuela’s oil.
Trump is squeezing the Canadian economy and there’s nothing the EU can do to stop it.
Their puppet is helpless.
Trump is going to get a “great” trade deal with Canada and at the same time, Trump is creating “competition” for Canadian oil imports in the future.
Competition is what destroys centralized control and also prevents it again in the future.
Trump is “opening” up the oil supplies that were suppressed and controlled by the cabal and taking control, so that the American people benefit and so does the world.
