That's not what I said.

Do you know the difference between secular and holy?

Secular people bow to golden calf, baal, ..... commit murder, sexual immorality.....
That is the modern definition but the Biblical definition is different. Something or Someone is "holy" if God sets it aside for a consecrated purpose. The Biblical use of "holy" isn't directly related to morality. So, a holy people can certainly bow down to a golden calf.

As I point out many times, I do not bow down to golden calf.

If you choose to, please don't drag me into it.

Are you sure you're not bowing down to a golden calf? If you're bowing in front of the Eucharist, you've misunderstood what Jesus taught you in John 6:63. Without the Holy Spirit, those who think they know Jesus, may not really know Him at all.

Do you know the difference between the Nation Israel of today and the future Nation of Israel in the millenium?
The better question is what triggers this profound difference.
Great question.
Secular Israel today is a secular nation. Please note the key word secular.

There will continue to have ethnic jews coming to Jesus. Born again is the key.

What trigger? What are you talking about?

We don't bow down to grocery store wine and bread. Thank you.

It's both Christ's rule and National Israel.
The fulfillment is not secular nationalism, but neither is it Christ disconnected from Israel.
The text presents Christ's rule and Israel's restoration together.
The LORD removes their blindness, takes away their sins, pours out His Spirit, restores them, and reigns over them and the nations.
The focus is Christ, but the prophecies themselves also speak specifically about Israel.
Romans 11 and Zechariah 12-14 appear to affirm both truths at the same time.

The point of this entire thread is for Christians to teach each other what the Bible says about "Replacement Theology". The Bible teaches that there IS NO REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY. It's been proven to you by the scripture. The fact that you refused to answer my question, tells me everything I need to know about why you reject the scriptures pertaining to these matters.

The trigger is the coming of the Deliverer, the removal of Israel's blindness, the outpouring of God's Spirit, and the taking away of their sins.
Present Israel is partially blinded according to Romans 11; future Israel is cleansed, believing, restored, and openly acknowledging Jesus as Messiah according to Romans 11 and Zechariah 12-13. That is the profound difference the text itself emphasizes.

LOL! There you go again. You didn't really answer the question. You think because it's blessed by a Priest that there's a mysterious transubstantiation process, when there IS NOT one. You're bowing down to grocery store wine and bread anyway. Without the Holy Spirit of God, there IS NO LIFE regardless of what you are eating or drinking. The Bible says so right there in John 6:63.

It starts off as secular nationalism.
The text presents Christ's rule and Israel's restoration together.
Agreed, although it doesn't present the two as being simultaneous. The Spirit is poured out on Israel first, then comes the Second Coming of Christ. There could be months between these two events.

Right on. Well said.

Romans 11 and Zechariah 12-14 appear to affirm both truths at the same time.
Excellent. I agree.

I do not agree with transubstantiation.... .fyi.

Holy spirit is in one with Jesus. I agree. When I got saved, holy spirit dwell in me, praise to God.

Actually, if I understand prophecy, the trigger is the first two chapters of Joel: the locusts and the fires.

Yup. As you can see, false doctrine incinerates on contact when exposed to the Light.
No doubt this is part of the reason why you just can't seem to get a straight answer...... ;) :sneaky:

I think that is possible, but I do not think the timing is as clear as you suggest.
Zechariah 12:10 says God pours out "the spirit of grace and of supplications" and they look upon the One they pierced and mourn. Zechariah 13 then speaks of cleansing and refinement.
Romans 11:26-27 likewise connects Israel's salvation with the coming of the Deliverer and the removal of their sins.
What I do not see is a verse that explicitly says there are months between Israel's repentance and Christ's appearing.
The texts clearly connect the events, but they do not clearly specify the length of time separating them.
Therefore, I can confidently affirm that Israel's repentance, cleansing, and restoration are connected to the Lord's intervention, but I would be cautious about dogmatically asserting an interval where the text itself does not state one.
Scripture gives the sequence more clearly than it gives the spacing between the events.

We can ALL say that, but how do we know it's true? Only God knows for sure, but your comments to this thread don't reflect it. Something is amiss with your ability to understand what the scriptures have been telling you.

That's EXACTLY why we can't get a straight answer from a few of them.

Actually, if I understand prophecy, the trigger is the first two chapters of Joel: the locusts and the fires.
According to Scripture, the judgments may prepare the way, humble the people, and drive them to repentance, but the actual transformation occurs when God pours out His Spirit, removes their blindness, and turns away ungodliness from Jacob.
So I would say Joel describes the refining pressure that leads to repentance, while Romans 11 and Zechariah 12-13 describe the divine intervention that completes it. Both appear to be part of the same prophetic picture.
