As for Charlie Kirk he was murdered by Tyler Robinson. The question isn't whether Robinson is guilty, it's whether or not he should face the death penalty. He does deserve to die for murdering Charlie Kirk but there is also some circumstance here in that he surrendered because he humbled himself somewhat and listened to his father who turned him over that the truth and justice be done. He should get life in prison therefore in my opinion, but Utah is a death penalty state, so we will see.

It's a fair sentiment, but for the sake of his father, not his own sake, but his father's sake, whom instructed him to surrender, he should spend life in prison I believe. If they execute him however he definitely deserves it. This is what the trial is actually about, so all we can really do is wait and see.
