Like any crime, yes it can be proven in a court of law, that is why we had the Nuremberg trials.
It comes down to intent.
The issue is power dynamics, not evidence, any objective, rational person can see this.
The attack on Christ Jesus comes in may forms and the worst is yet to come.
People's true allegiance will be tested and revealed.

You talk about Jews like you know them all personally. Many know nothing about Jesus, many think Jesus is a Catholic belief. The Bible says they are blinded for a time. They will come to understand they were wrong about their Messiah.

It is so sad, the Jews have paid greatly for their unbelief and stiff-necked attitude. But God is still calling them, He still loves them and He keeps Israel, the apple of His eye. It's stunning to me that some Christians are so jealous that it brings them to the place of hatred for the Jews. Also very sad.

And it doesn't diminish Old Testament biological Israel, but it does show us how Israel is fulfilled.
It doesn't erase the promises that were given to them.
It delivers the promise given to them to the people of God, past, present, and future.
It doesn't destroy the tree.
It builds the tree into its full global Christ centered glory.
