The Gospel of Matthew chapter 11 verse 25.
The Gospel of Luke chapter 10 verse 21.

Man's intellect is laughably feeble when compared to the deep wisdom of God.

Chew on this for a while WeStand.........just sayin.

Rom 9:11-16, Yes, but he does not love all mankind. He gives us these scriptures to show that he has an elect people and they are the only ones that he loves. Heb 12:6, For whom the Lord loveth, he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If God chastens all those that he loves, then we would have to conclude that he does not love those that he does not chasten. Ps 73:5, They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued(divinly punished) like other men. Job 21:9, Their houses are safe from fear, neither is the rod of God upon them. If God loved all mankind, he would eternally save all mankind. Dan 4:35, And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitaants of the earth; and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

Isa 53:5 is not refering to his stripes healing our illnesses, but by his stripes we are healed from our sins. He doesn't heal some of our illinesses.

Love is my world.

Without my love I would be a clashing gong.

He sustains me every minute.

Thank you DesertJoe, 'good to meet you.

My dear Forest,

What do you usually say about the scripture in John 3:16 "For God so loved the world..."?

My daughter used to say to me "Jesus Loves you dad, but I'm His favorite".

That cracked me up every time. I would sometimes say it back to her and we would argue.

Do you think the Lord laughs a little when He sees that His "little ones" think they have stuff figured out?

God Bless You

The word "world" is interpreted by Thayer's as meaning,"2889, 8) any aggregate or general collection of particulars of any sort. a) a), used of believers only, John 1:29, 3:16, 3:17, 6:33, 12:47, 1 Cor 4:9, 2 Cor 5:19.

Thayer was wrong, Forest.
