Ugly....how did you get to be the incredible human being you are? I stand in awe of you at times, particularly today. Thank you for everything. :) You are SUCH a blessing and I'm honored to call you my friend. :)

I'm not terribly sure of what you mean by this. Intelligence I suppose off the top of my head would be the ability to grasp and contain knowledge. Which if wisdom is the practical application of knowledge, then I suppose Intelligence would be the extreme potential for wisdom.

Matthew 7:24 Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

However being that we humans are sinful, meeting the full quotient of wisdom in relation to our intelligence probably isn't as good as it ought to be. Meaning we don't do what we know is best to do, therefore our intelligence is pretty much foolishness.

A wise man takes what little he knows and acts prudently in accordance with what is good.

So my theory is that if I had an IQ of 52 but, I took what Jesus said and went out to promote the purpose of the kingdom, I would probably be better off than someone with an IQ of 190 who spends his entire life justifying and rationalizing the commands that Jesus gives us, without actually acting upon them.



Some of you, even those whom I consider friends, have been here for a while and should know better than how you are acting. You know who you are and what you are doing. Get over yourself.

HA HA! I hope my curiosity never ends. That would be boring.:p I hope no one else's does either!

My favorite baked good ANYTIME: cinnamon rolls :)

I sing in the shower from time to time, but I ALWAYS sing in the car :) I car dance too! My son hates it when I do that! hahaha

Can't think of a single song...I listen to everything from KLOVE to classic rock to country in the car, so you never know :) Whatever it is, it's guaranteed to be LOUD!
 
Which brings me to a new question: What's the wierdest thing other drivers have seen you do in your car?

I can't say that I've ever had pumpkin bread, what's it taste like?


Not in the shower, but definitely in the car. And in my living room, and just about anywhere not-too-public other than the shower.

What about you Cat?
 
I always end up singing one of the country or states songs that I learned when I was a kid because my shower curtain is a world map. Haha but then it transitions into something from a musical. :D
 
And weirdest thing someone has seen me do in the car....um....nurse my baby. I wasn't driving though. Just sitting in a parking lot. lol

sign language, with no one else in the car. I've gotten some weird looks when doing the signing motion to a song that I was practicing.

hmmm, A long time ago, this woman who use to go to my childhood church would make the best apple cake. It was soooo good, that one year, when my mom asked what kind of cake I wanted for my B-day, I said, Theresa's Apple Cake. And ever since then, until she was no longer able to bake, she would always make me one for my b-day.
