there is healthy fat you know, which is why "fat fsh" is so good for you

then again, the fast food chains in the US seem to add extra fat for the sake of adding it... no wonder people get ill

I think that I need more fruits & vegetables... more fruits axually. Lots of meat with vegetables, cereals, tea, dairy, & meat. (bread too)

I don't like pastas .. occasionally is good.

Norwegians eats LOTS of whole grain bread, I think we are about the only nation to eat it for both breakfast and supper.
Now if only the politicians would lover the prices on the healthy stuff, rather than taxing it...

Whole gran bread? I can't eat it because I think my system is sensitive to it so I'll eat very little if I do. Just normal bread.. or corn bread... wow I want mexican corn bread. ...ugh... don't google image search any food you're hungry for or else you'll end up even more hungry than before :(

Depends what you want, if we go to town there are italian, greek, indian and chineese resturants. not too sure many of them are open at 1.30 am though :p

Wow it was 1:30am? Probably find a 24hr place... I'm not picky do you have a Denny's? Probably not... I can't imagine what you have.

we have fast food places like Big Bite, Burger king, MacDOdnalds etc, but that isn't food though :p

no Denny's in Norway resturnts are not part of chains.

I think I understand, I'll translate: "Aaaaaah today I saw a cow named Bcen. She liked to eat onions she called cownions... (it gets too hard to translate, something about cry or bryan or... nevermind its really random) Long story short the cow gave her a massage & now she feels good, ready for a new day. :D

My favorite fast foods are mexican food but some Mexican food doesn't qualify as fast food because its real food &/or not fast at all. Last time I went to Jack in the box I was sad that they served no plates of food just burgers fries & shakes/sodas. The very best burgers you'll ever eat Will be homemade.
