I couldn't agree more. :) My son is a college student and I'm so comforted by the fact that he is deeply rooted in the Word of God.

When unbelievers or believers who have not dedicated themselves to the study of the Word sit through this stuff day after day for several years, they are easily persuaded/deceived, and it is very difficult for them to accept the truth later on.
 
I want to sincerely thank all of you who have posted in this thread. I have been encouraged more than I can say. May God richly bless you for all you are doing to make a difference. This is a hurting world.

A lot of people watch the news or read the paper and think..wow..that's awful, but they never really lift a finger to do anything about it. Even to some people in these forums such things are nothing more than concepts to state an uninformed opinion on. God expects us to do far more than this. We are to be about the Father's business.

MATTHEW 25:
35‘For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; 36naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’ 37“Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink? 38‘And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? 39‘When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40“The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’
41“Then He will also say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels; 42for I was hungry, and you gave Me nothing to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me nothing to drink; 43I was a stranger, and you did not invite Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.’ 44“Then they themselves also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not take care of You?’ 45“Then He will answer them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ 46“These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
 
God set a path for us.

Families & communication.

Where the parents stand together as husband & wife in a Godly marriage. In Faithful responsibility for their children, their behavior & in the direction the family grows.

The barrier we set because we aim to please our moods, our goals & the confusion that occurs w/ the lack of proper, moral, & faithful communication in the world.
 
I am passionate about theology and doctrine. I have found that many Christians have no idea what they believe or why they believe it.

I am passionate about Recovery. I am part of a ministry at my church called Celebrate Recovery, and I have the honor to watch God changes lives in huge ways. It is amazing to be part of such a life changing ministry.

I meant in a marriage in accordance for God.
