Well, unlike anyone I know, this girl I known for a long time, well I am inpatient to wait for her to go out with me. Ya I am young, but this feels a whole lot different than exchanging feeling for a while then ending a relationship. Despite her bad reputation because gets picked on and what she does, I love her for her heart and would die to have her, but she makes me so nervous, I say some pretty stupid stuff around her. And I automatically try to act like I don't and do like her and it's so screwed up.

But you know we have it pretty complicated, kind of like i had a chance then lost it...she looked like she wanted to go out with me, but i never asked her out. Eventually, her emotions or feelings about me is fading and she looks like she despises me but yet we are friends. she just looks at me when we see each other or waves, but to my friend she says his name like she likes him (she use to date him I think). She use to say hi and greet me, but those days are over...

But my friend (that she likes) talks bad about her and is trying to hook up with another girl that he likes. If she is provoking me to jealousy, that disappoints me because I hate such an act I feel like forgetting about her completely forever. But in my heart I cannot let go, its like it's impossible, I must seek it out!!! I just got her number, by talking about a trip we would take together, but her reaction to that was sort of negative and yet she had a conversation with me which also is positive.

As a guy we cannot handle such love for the opposite sex (I bet girls too). And another thing is, there is no way I want to ever picture in any perverted way because I don't love her in any way like that...but someone I can talk to deeply and understand our lives...and of course Knows Jesus! Which she does!

This is kind of also a prayer request if you understand what I would like prayer for. I would appreciate it sooo much, hard to deal with as a 16 year old boy going on 17. But my heart just feels different with this one girl I met years ago than with anyone I met and gone out with before.

My heart aching for various females... story of my life.

I will pray to the Lord, asking that you be blessed with the wisdom to decide what to do.

God Bless :)

I will pray that God gives you the direction and guidance you need concerning her. God bless

As young as you are, chances are this won't be the last time you feel this way.

But i'll step out and say even IF this is someone God is leading you to, that does not mean right now is the right time. Especially at your age.

Half of what you said I don't understand because of the wording. But from what it sounds like you like this girl. So don't be a dope. TELL HER!

I'm assuming you like the Bible right? well in proverbs it tells us to not keep love hidden. Proverbs 27:5 "Better is open rebuke Than love that is hidden."

What does that sound like to you?

Girls are ALWAYS hard to get over, but I think the best way to get over them is to spend lots of time with friends and focus on the things that you enjoy doing.

I would add to that, spend time with God and get to know Him better.
