Sometimes I just feel like chopping my ears off so I don't have to hear sounds anymore. AHHHHH!

lol, I felt the same way when my neighbours for one year loved techno and would play it at fulll volume all day
 
there is one against "Disturbing peace", but the police are too busy with drugs and stuff.

the landlord didn't care either...
 
they don't care as long as they get money.... and I didn't dare to stop paying so....
 
I do live at a better place now :) but I have to move this summer as it is only for students
 
not sure, what I do know is prices are sky high, so prayers that I get both a job and a place to live (near the job) that I can afford would be appreciated
