Hello folks! I need your prayers so badly... I am facing more critical battles now than before. There are worst moments in my old life that keep on flashing back whenever I am alone. I am taking my life in a more spiritual way and I am feeling God's presence deeper. I am so great and strong in God but I do believe that your prayers will do more miracles in all areas of my life. It seems that Satan uses my pains and torments in my past to interrupt my worship to God. I cry whenever I am about to fall. As a maturing man in Christ, I only want to be right for HIM. In Jesus' Holy Name. Shalom!

Yes, you are definitely under attack. Satan is whispering to you...'you're not worth it; look at what you've done; God can't love you...you're unlovable'

By your message you already understand this and just need strengthening.

Father, be with this man in his fight for what is true and right. Strengthen him and reveal your incredible love for him. Bind up the demons of deception and throw them into the abyss! Amen

One thing that helps me when I start dwelling on the past is to make a good vision for myself in the future....what I think God wants me to be and start heading toward that. As long as you're facing forward, you won't look back :)

I feel that the enemy is getting more eager to destruct me since my faith and worship to God go deeper and deeper. I just have to be more aware and listen to the voice of truth. :)

Definitely true. The Evil one will increase his attacks on you the closer you try to get to God.

Praying for the Spirit's sustaining power for you :)
 
Little Brother, I am right there with you. The last couple days have been filled with attack after attack from the enemy on my mind as well. Last week was amazing! I haven't ever felt that close to God. Now...like i said elsewhere...I'm left holding all the little broken pieces of my mistakes. Lets agree to throw those down in front of His throne and let them go. He's the only one that can put us back together....and He gives more grace....He puts it back together and it's even better than before.

I found this verse today while looking in Proverbs.

Proverbs 18:1 Whoever isolates himself seeks his own desire;
he breaks out against all sound judgment.

I am a guy that tends to stay all alone. This is not only unhealthy, but dangerous. We are SO much better...together. God made us to need other people. I'm learning to open up my life to others, and trust them to be there for me when I need help. I would suggest finding a place where you can meet up with some mature believers that can come along side you and pray with you when things get tough in RL.

I am so much blessed! Thanks big bro... :) Being alone is really dangerous for me and also for other men who are already accepted Christ in their lives. The good thing is, when my mind travels anywhere, I ended up with a prayer that casts the enemy out from my head. I know that all of us face daily battles and the presence of God is our strength to overcome! >>>>>>>>>praise God<<<<<<<<<<<<
 
We all definitely need to be out and around people...whether we want to or not. For our own benefit and because God wants us too :)

I wonder if one reason we like 'aloneness' is a subtle contempt for humanity.

I find myself reacting defensively when someone treats me 'not so nice' with the thoughts 'oh yeah, this is why I didn't want to come here' or ' I really don't need this right now'.

My husband doesn't like crowds either but his reason is more of germ-phobia problem.

But this is wrong. All people are fallen creatures and our reacting to them in an unloving way does not set well with God. He wants us out there showing the world the right way a 'Christian' acts. So we have to get our attitudes straightened out and get out there in the battle.

I'm speaking to myself more than anyone else :)

I thank You guys for your fervent prayers! I was so great in the Lord these past days and I overcame some battles easily with the Mighty name of Jesus, yes, His Mighty Name!!! The grace of God is always sufficient!!! Thank You Holy Spirit!!!

I need you to keep me in your prayers!

Father thank you for the strength we have and the knowledge we have in our spirit.LORD you are the one true living GOD and there is none higher,and you are for us LORD.I lift up splendor258 .Father quicken his soul with an increasing desire ,and i pray that he receives joy unspeakable when revolation knowledge is received in his soul,and let confidence arise in him,knowing surely that you are with him,and he is under your protection.in JESUS name........amen

Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! 2 Cor. 5:17

You just remind the enemy that the old life has GONE! The new is here--a new creation! There's one version that says "if anyone is in Christ, he IS a new creation." Brand new, in Jesus, inside. (praise God)

I believe that even if the enemy trotted out your old life to the Lord, He would say, what are you talking about?? That's My new creation! He's righteous in the blood of my Son.

Okay, now I feel all praise-y! But Imma still pray for you, dear brother. :)
