Ok so my big and dummy question is the following?

How do you start all over with God? or how can you start to have a relationship with God again?

Especially with those who are strong doubters?
 
Just start with asking God to forgive you of your sins and tell Him you give your life to Him. Start going to church, start living by the bible...but most importantly, DEVELOP THAT PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD. Christianity isn't just about a bunch of do's and don't's...it's about that personal relationship you have with God. And from your other posts, I think that's where you're falling. I can't be too sure, though.

How?? Like really show me how? (I guess I thought I knew but for this once Im willing to hear how to do it)
 
Just like you would talk to anyone except your speaking to the Holy, Righteous, Sovereign, Merciful, Loving God of the universe. Come before him in humility, understanding that HE is Lord. Come to him as a child, in Jesus name, and let the Holy Spirit guide you in your prayers.

Are you born again?
 
Sounds simple, Ive done that. is that the same for everyone?
 
No I mean, is it the same for everyone when talking to God?

Honestly what SpaceCowboy said....start talking to God. Start reading His Word

and sorry for referencing to your other posts...didn't think that'd bug ya.

okay I found this off of a site because I honestly couldn't think of a way to explain it to you

talking to God should be the same as if you were talking to your best friend. You should tell him your thoughts, desires, hurts, and problems, as well as giving him your thanks and praise. Talking to God not only tells God that you have knowledge of him but that you also have faith in him. Talking to God also tells him that you have a desire for his presence in your life and that you need him and are dependent on him. It also shows God and that you want to be obedient to him. He wants to hear these things from you. He already knows what they are but he wants you to tell them to him. He wants you to make the effort to talk to him and not to take him for granted. If you really want to communicate and talk to God, if you want to become close to him, if you want to begin to grow strong spiritually, and if you want to begin a glorious and meaningful relationship with him, then do two things.
1) Talk to God daily, in a normal everyday type of conversation. Remember that God can read your mind and that he is constantly observing your inner most thoughts at all times, so he knows what is going on in your heart and your mind far better than you do. So your conversations with God do not have to be vocal and you can mentally talk to God anytime you want. God gave us little taste of his ability to search the hearts of men and read their minds back in Jeremiah 17:10 when he said, "I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give to each man according to his ways, According to the results of his deeds."
So you can easily talk to God in your thoughts, and these conversations can be done anytime or anyplace. They can be done in school, at work, or at any other place, even if the rules of the world are against it.
2) The second thing you need to do in order to better communicate with Jesus is to read the Word of God each and every day. The Bible was the one thing that Jesus left for each one of us to read and study so that we would be able to find out about God. Only by reading the very word of God can we hope to draw near to him.

Awesome I try to talk to God and in all honesty I feel silly.. but I still go on anyways.. sometimes I dont even know what to say.. what can I say.. I say Im sorry but idk.. never feel like I am.. idk confusing.. this is confusing!! lol and hard!! lol thansk again guys... who would of known that restarting would be this hard..
 
Ask Jesus to show Himself to you, and let you feel His presence. Then you won't feel self-conscious anymore.

um... yea... Ananda.. I did like the fact of you sharing this with.. me but can you tell me what is the purpose of it :) whats the reason why your giving me this scripture :)
 
that you should meditate upon the verses in the Bible and pray that God reveal His wisdom to you. the best way is just to put aside some time out of your day to reading your Bible and praying. You eat every day to feed your physical body. praying and reading the Bible feeds your soul.

I have found that many people are starving.
 
bro, you ask how to restart w/ God? you don't have to, I think you are making it harder than it is. I say this to bring you up not clown on you, God has been w/ you all along you may have turned your back on him, I know i have in the past, but instead of walking beside you he is just walking behind you. you dont have to restart. Just do like you said you were and talk to him, I know it feels silly at first but who ever said silly was bad? and if you are worried about him talking back, he doesn't always come to us in the same ways. You have to open not just your ears but your mind and pay attention, pray for a sign... when there is a sign you will know because "coincidence"/s will occur... but i don't believe in coincidence I believe in divine influence.
