and it isn't breakfast, it's lunch. (I am 6-7 hrs into the future, muhaha)
 
Lasagna.... but I don't make lasagna in the morning. I'd rather a breakfast burito.
I slept in.. Can ya tell?
 
Marinated chicken in white wine, pineapple and serrano peppers
Chicken tender grilled cheese with shallow fried chicken strips, pepper jack, bacon and honey mustard dressing
Grilled salmon with a brown sugar and mustard lemon sauce

Oh, and amazing omelettes and french toast with sausage.

Mmmmm, now im hungry!!

oh, and chicken parmesan

I am a student.... I cannot afford white wine and parmesan :p gimme some years to earn some money


besides, those are dinners, not lunch, unless you are made of money

for dinner Salmon + lemon slices + herbs + salt and pepper in aluminum foil is my specialty

But those are definitely lunch on a weekend at least. :)

Oh, and if you want something easy and delicious...

Pasta (macaroni or rotini) with velveeta and rotel (or diced tomatos and green chilis)
Or
Pasta (rotelle) with chopped orange sweet peppers, feta, broccoli and italian dressing. If you have vinegar and oil and spices, make your own!
 
yeah, I am older than you so I have spent more money studying :p

hehe, I used tomatoes for almost everything :D And I think I am addicted to chili...I will raid my mothers fridge when I get home this weekend :p

(Most people have bread, salad or fruit for lunch in Norway, not gigantic meals)
 
Maybe I'll just go for a little bit... you guys are making me hungry... and I just ate.
 
Pastas make me sad usually... & salad pastas are something I rarely find tasty & potato salads... Anyway I vote for Astrid's lunch because your food sounds good Lightning but I'm in no mood for chicken, eggs, or fish...

I just want some hot chocolate actually.
