Yes, the darkness was my blanket, there was no hope.
I was alone, lost in the middle of the night looking for home.
But then You came in my way with a brush,
and You painted on my canvas colors and shades that previously were unknown to me.
And for the first time I met love.
You were the brightest streetlight, there in the middle of that dark night that was my life.
