Any way after hearing how the pay wouldn't be enough you're safer close to family or rich friends. I'd be against you working overseas too its bad enough you're on the the other side of the continent.

lol, yeah. I checked what exactly I would earn and it is way lower that what I would get here, so I guess I have to keep looking in Norway.
I wish the companies here were equally eager to help people get a job though. Theese guys even offered to help me find a place to live, and to pay the hotel if I came for an interview. No company in Norway would ever do that.

You have rich friends? well now there has to be a way to get them to spread the wealth.
Do you guys have business development grants there? If you cant go out & get the job why not start up your own? I know here we have government grants for such things. just an idea, so many are afraid of the insecurity of being self employed. If you are a self starter I think you should look into it & contract out to the business who need additional support occasionally.
