That thread bothers me. What do I do? Even if it isn't against CC rules?

Ever seen a thread on here, or a series of threads that just gets under your skin? But you know it doesn't violate CC rules?

Ever been at wits end and not know what to do?

Here is a crash course on how to deal with threads, that get under your skin, but don't violate cc rules.

Steps
Step 1: Don't open them.
Step 2. Don't reply to them.

By doing steps 1 and 2 it guarantees you won't have to see what they're saying, and then reply back to what they're saying if you happened to reply to them. Their threads may even float to the bottom if enough people do steps 1 and 2. Neato!

If you DO see content that clearly violates CC rules, there is a handy dandy report button for each post a person makes. You can make use of it, and a moderator will look it over.

What you might consider doing is to check your emotions and check your assumptions, to see if your expectations are really that important for other people to satisfy.

Most huffy and hissy people who get upset with the expressed words of others are merely illinformed about reality, and about required social conduct. Remember, Jesus Trolled because He did not really care about how sensitive people "feel." Scripture never shows Him acceding to the hypersensitive little expectations of anyone.

Lol.

Yet people keep posting in said threads they claim bother the living day lights out of them.

Seriously folks, if it bothers you, don't go posting in it!

If said person is only posting in threads they created, and they aren't really posting in other threads, then it is YOU who IS voluntarily subjecting yourself to said person who is frustrating you!

lol...

If they are thread stalking people in other threads, and are out of control with it, then report it.

If someone has a 130ish posts, and five or so are outside of threads they created, and said posts really aren't worse than other heated arguments on this board, then there really isn't a valid case for an angry mean harassing thread stalker.

Jesus showed respect on multiple occasions. Jesus was also Jesus, and therefore automatically right. Do not assume that you have that gift. None of us do. It was Jesus who talked about compassion and understanding. And also, about rudeness and how love is not rude. And well, love thy neighbour and all that.
