My fiancee gave this to me, and told me he wrote it for me. Which really surprised me, because he doesn't normally write... let alone poetry. But I love it, so I thought I'd share :)

My Angel

Her hat is her halo,
Her horse is her wings.
The song of a sparrow,
Is the song she sings.

She's wild as a mustang,
She's sweet and she's shy.
Forever and ever,
My Cowgirl and I.
 
Awww...That's so sweet! One thing though, just for future reference, a guy would be a 'Fiance', where you are his 'Fiancee'. Blame The French :)
