What would you do (question 3 & 4 )

What would you do :

1.you have a neighbor that waits until your having a family function like a cook out , birthday party or your just entertaining in the back yard, to always let his dog out in his yard. he already knows that his dog is going to bark and growl at your guest . approaching or confronting him is not an option

would you

a). pay to have a privacy fence put up knowing you can't afford it but want the peacefulness of
blocking the dog's view

b). wait until he has company in his yard and blast [[LOUD, LOUD]]] music

c)have the community association aware of the situation

you suggest that your friend bring his date over your house for a couples dinner. while she is there she constantly has to excuse herself to the restroom. everything is going great , but she seems to suddenly feel tired and wants to leave. the next day you notice you can't find your wife's 1 of a king necklace and ring set , a lavender ruffled blouse you had made for her , your pinky ring , expensive perfume and the soap dish.

while attending a birthday celebration at the church for your pastor you see that she is wearing your wife's ring,necklace and blouse, and the pastor is thanking her for the lovely pinky ring she gave him as a birthday gift


What would you do
 
I WOULD HAVE A COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MEETING OR WRITE A LETTER TO THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE DOG EXPLAINING THE SITUATION BUT WRITE IT LOVINGLEY
 
Its a common statement people say, "It's easy to give Advice...". Hmmm No, I find hard to give answers for these questions.:)

But still let me try:D

For the 1st one, here it goes....
Maybe, you need to Invite the man also to the party, then he wont let the dog out.
Or, feed the Dog with some good bones so that he becomes friendly and whenever you tell him something, he (dog) will listen to you.

These may not cost you much than to spend a lot for fencing and also being in peace with the neighbour, so you are in peace.:)

I would just ignore the dog and not let it bug me. We used to have a neighbor who would turn on her radio incredibly loud (facing out the window) whenever we went outside. I just think it's funny, not really that big of a deal.

I'd tell her (not in front of everyone) that I know she stole the stuff and it's not cool and I want it back now.
 
i'm bringing this thread back into rotation hopefully this time i'll have more responses
so please answer both questions
