My mom took her to the pound three times when I was little cause of her attitude (she bit a neighbor too....again, the little girl was trying to take a bone away from her then).

Every time my mom took her, we'd beg to get her back. Well, the SPCA here, you have to pay to drop off a dog and you have to pay to get a dog (or at least you used to). My mom used to joke that she was the most expensive "mutt" there ever was having paid the SPCA 6 times over the years.

Sandy was her name.
