it is annoying to wake up to a sunny day and do a few loads of washing, hang them out and watch rain clouds gather, take the clothes off the line and hang them all on the downstairs lines and then watch the sun suddenly come out, take the clothes off the downstairs lines and rehang them on the upstairs line only to see the sun suddenly disappear behind clouds and a sudden downpour drench all your clothes...this has happened a number of times

it is annoying when you are in the shower and the phone rings so you rush out of the shower in less than a towel and the phone stops ringing just as you pick up the receiver so you return to the shower and start to scrub up only for the phone to ring again

true. but its also annoying when it looks like its going to rain and you take your umbrella out (suppose its a mary poppins sized umbrella, one of those umbrellas where the whole family can fit under) and it doesnt rain at all. happened to me a couple of times.
