As much as I dont want to with the situation with the bills, should I take the chance of a payday loan and it's crazy interest rates? I know it will probably kill my bank account, but I just cant face the prospect of my wife and stepdaughter being forced to live here with no utilities, I have asked every organization I can for help, but no one is able to help, since they hit me with another garnishment, I just dont have enough money to pay the bills, I have been getting a lot of emails promising help with loans, but they all seem like scams, are there any legitimate lenders like this? i

No! Payday loans will cost you sooooo much, they are loan sharks. The industry is highly unregulated, and the interest alone on an annual basis is almost always over 100 percent. I've seen annual percentages of 400, and I know its not uncommon for it to go way higher.

Payday loans are not appropriate products for anyone. At all. Ever. I say this from professional experience. I would sell all my belongings and my blood plasma first before taking one out.
Please don't take one out, you will find yourself in a worse financial situation. I'm praying for you brother.

Also, it sounds like you've exhausted a lot of your options, but some things you may want to explore while you get back on your feet if you haven't already:

If you have any old retirement accounts, rolling them into your current employer 401k and taking a loan against the balance, or taking a loan from an active plan if you have one..if this is an option for you, be mindful of the tax implications.
Cashing in on any debit/credit rewards you've already accumulated for cash and gift cards
If you or your children or spouse have clothing you don't need, selling them at some place like platos closet
have a garage sale
Selling plasma....some people don't believe in this, and some people can't to it for health reasons, but I'm throwing it out there
See if the utilities company will extend the bill due date...the one in my city offers this as an option online.
Offering lawn/labor services if possible, as extra income...maybe your stepdaughter would be able to assist.
Downgrading and cancelling any services and subscriptions you don't need
Of course, lots and lots of prayer.

These are just ideas, and my heart truly goes out to you and your family.

NO PAY DAY LOANS COST YOU MORE THAN YOU CAN EVER AFFORD IF U HAVE @ OR MORE OF THEM<GOD WILL PROVIDE PLEASE JUST PRAY YOUR>WAY>THROUGH THIS>AMEN

I dont have any of the options listed above, I dont know what to do, they turn off the lights Tuesday morning I guess they will be my only option

Praying in Jesus's name for all His provision and care for you and your family.

God bless

God helps those who help themselves. Cyber begging and loans aren't the answer. Hard work is. Start a business: Mowing loans, doing junk removal, shoveling walks, deliveries, moves, join a temp agency, sell some old junk, get your wife and daughter both working, ask them to move in with there parents, cut back on expenses overall. dear lord please help this person to turn there situation around. Amen

I'm not begging I'm asking people to pray, I work 40 hours a week, i'm not just sitting around here, my wife is disabled and we "cant just move in with someone", i was mainly asking for advice, do you not think I've tried those options?

There's nothing wrong in getting a payday loan. As far as I know, lots of people nowadays prefer to apply for a loan whenever financial problems occur. In fact, you can effortlessly show someone how much you care by getting a payday loan and purchasing them a fantastic present for Valentine’s Day. You should also make your restaurant reservations right now if you would like a chance to go out and do something fun. You may not be able to get a reservation at the restaurant you want if you do not book in advance.

I wouldn't get a payday loan. I know a few people that have and they've always regretted it. They charge such crazy interest that it easily balloons into massive amounts. If there's any other alternatives, I'd recommend you use them.

What city and state are you in? I'd be happy to look up different organizations in your area and PM you a list if you want, perhaps you haven't exhausted all available options.

Going to be off of here until tomorrow evening, but I'd be happy to look them up then for you.
