Not to sound rude, but I am tired of every time I turn around something is a sin. Honestly everything in this world could be viewed as a sin if you want it to be. Jobs cause stress, stress is harmful. Hobbies consume our time, time we could spend with the lord. Junk food is unhealthy. Drugs can harm you. Alcohol can harm you. The sun can harm you. Lack of sleep can harm. This list can go on and on. My point is that if you keep focusing on identifying every little thing we do as a sin, then how can you live your life?
11 Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.”
2 So He said to them, “When you pray, say:
Our Father in heaven,[a]
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
3 Give us day by day our daily bread.
4 And forgive us our sins,
For we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us.
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.”
God expects us to screw up which is why forgiveness is included in the prayer that Jesus taught. I personally don't know that I see it as a sin and if it is I don't think God would worry about it unless it was taking over your life to the point you were pushing Him aside. Also let me say I know the effects of smoking. My grandmother had pneumonia multiple times from smoking, she had to stay on oxygen, she had COPD, she went on life support and majority of this came from her smoking.
