i've lost the will to live....so i've been eating everything in hopes i would die...(if my diabetes doesnt kill me first) i had a soulmate but he doesnt want to be with me..everyone says 'trust God'. how can i do so? all i do is cry these days. im dying inside. i dont know what to do anymore.
 
Butterflylady... please don't give up.

My advice about trusting God would be, first, ask Him to help you trust Him. I don't really think that's something that you can do on your own.

Then, have a talk with Him and tell Him that you're leaving the whole situation in His hands. The guy, the despair, the lack of trust, all of it. Ask Him to take over, and give it totally to Him.

Spend as little time thinking about the guy as possible, and instead, try to keep your focus on Jesus. The peace that comes from that, is exactly what you need. Here are a few verses about it:

1 Peter 5:6-7 "Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you."

Psalm 55:22 "Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken."

From Philippians 4: "The Lord is near. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you. "

Isaiah 26:3 "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee"

yes i totally fully agree think on Jesus first see Jn 10:10 Matt.6:33 and Phil.4:4-9,i will b prayerfully praying for you amen-eth.......

Don't give up sister we all here in CC Love you dearly, Almighty God show her a sign from you that you are taking care of everything for her Lord and give her Strength to move forward Lord and wrap your loving arms around her Lord that you are the father up in Heaven who she can go too all the time for anything lord
and bless her life Lord and Show her your Glory Lord i command all evil spirits to leave for life in Jesus Name
and lord bless her Mentally Financially and Physical Lord and give her a healing she needs lord i Command the Devil to Flee from her life in JESUS NAME I PRAY Amen, you need anything sister don't be afraid to CC e-mail me ok i am will to talk to you about anything you need to get off your mind i am for for you as well as other sisters here.

I LOVE that you included the last part of verse 5...the Lord is near! That is why we need be anxious for nothing, butterflylady...the Lord is near! Near to the broken hearted. A man of sorrows, acquainted with grief, rejected by men. (Isaiah 53)

I will keep you in prayer, knowing He is the One Who keeps you. (1 Peter 1:5)

My Heavenly Father, My Lord Jesus, I pray and I lift butterfly lady up to you my King. She is hurting my Lord and she needs to feel your comfort and your peace touch her heart, mind, and soul my Lord. I would pray and ask that you show her YOUR worth in her as your child my Father. I would pray and ask that you heal her broken heart and that you shine your light and your love so brightly within her that she can feel the healing take place that she feels your presence with her during her time of trail my Heavenly Father. I ask on Jesus name, amen.

Sweet butterfly......it will get better. Heartache is suppose to hurt. But honestly if this man was truly your soul mate....he would want to be with you because that would mean that you were his. Maybe you just thought he was your soul mate. Reminds me of a song where he was thanking God for saying No to someone when years later he sent the perfect mate for the singer. Have faith that EVERYTHING that happens in your life is suppose to. God is the author of your life and he is the one writing the chapters of it. Have Faith sister. Release your pain to Jesus and out loud say "I claim the peace of Jesus on Jesus name" He is with you so so close to you. Run to him in your pain and he will bring complete healing to your heart, pinky swear!
 
Please don't give up Butterfly, For you important in our lives and most of all to God.
 
Stand fast, dont look to your feelings they will let you down, follow Jesus not another person or false way.

Repent of all known wilful sin before God, He is waiting patiently for the dying world to lay aside all wickedness and filthyness and follow Him!

He is no respecter of persons, but pours out His mercy and care on the righteous(those who do what is right, obeying Him from thier heart)

Still praying for butterflylady, I hope she's doing better.
 
I just looked at your statistics. You were still among us 3 hours ago. That ought to tell you something about God's intention for you to die from that diabetes. It's been 6 days.

Sept. 14, you posted: "I just cried my eyes out. I am so bored with my life. I need change. I WANT change!...I heard from an elder in the church I am a Gate for God. I NEED to be strong enough for that. I need help putting God first!" A week ago I told you: "When God's perfect comes, the imperfect (including most of the feelings) will pass away"

Lord, open the gate, that the King of glory may come in. (Ps. 24:7)
