Yes i was wondering could i volunteer to be a Support Representative. Help people on the forum if they are having technical difficulties. Etc?

Far as being a mod, you have to prove yourself before they would even consider it. I don't know the details of what they expect, but i suppose a minimum time that you've been on the site, no serious reports against you, having an overall good reputation on the site and support from existing mods.
One catch though, if you ask to be a mod, you are automatically disqualified from becoming a mod.

Far as a support expert, first you're pretty new, so i don't think they'll want to have someone they don't know representing the site. They also wouldn't know that you have the ability. But really, that's why they have the User2User Forum, as GRA pointed out. People with any kind of tech questions from the site itself to PC problems can be posted there to be answered by anyone who has the skills to answer. So if you like to help with that stuff, just keep an eye out in that section.
