X-mass is the worship of sin, and the x-mass tree is the tree in the garden that God says to NOT eat of! This is fire and tree worship, and the lights
around the tree represent the fire. While many people still offer their children in the fire and many aren't even aware of it. Its Baal worship, yet the
majority of the people are still cannibaals! Do some research and withdraw from the customs of this rebellious world, friendship of the world is enmity
with God as (James 4: 4 )tells us. The JESUS CHRIST that we serve is every day, HIS birth is every day, and HIS followers realize that this cross is
daily! I fear that we are currently living in a Babylonian $ystem based on ''let us make us a name'' or ''let us make us a je$u$''. The world worships it''self''
364 days per year, then takes off a day to worship je$u$. If you haven’t been aware, this date is all about $$$ and how much this Babylonian $ystem
can rob from the poor, more need to wake up. This date oppresses the poor each and every year, and there are a record number of suicides from this.
The Bible speaks against this plainly, more should read it. Read (Jeremiah 10), and stop being heathens! X-mass is the antithesis to predestination- God
tells Israel ahead of time (Lev. 26, Deut. 28) what He will do (II Chron. 36) if they disobey Him (Judges 1, 2). Wake up people, read your Bible!
Withdraw from the ways of the world; it will lead you into hell! Don’t take the wide road, that broadway is the wrong way! If you’ve been going down
the wrong road, turn around and don’t look back! Tell these children that you’ve found out that $atan Clause had been stealing from the poor, in spirit,
to get those materialistic gifts. Give them the true gift of JESUS CHRIST every day with HIS WORD! The LORD knows when you’ve been naughty and
nice, and HE sees you every day! God knows you’ve read this, now read what HIS WORD says about being nice to these children! Stop filling their
minds with lies of garbage; and they’ll respect you more for telling them the TRUTH as they get older. HIS WORD is the TRUTH, and that’s all that really
matters. An x-mass tree does not belong in the house of a Christian family; research this for the sake of your family please! God wants these children
being fed the TRUTH, because they are hungry for it. God speed to all those who want the TRUTH for these children’s future, and those who’ll be

Yeah, Robot, your little statement about a Christmas tree being the one that bore the forbidden fruit automatically got me thinking "Oh, here we go". As Ariel2 said, evergreens don't bear fruit. Now, I don't believe in this Calvinist ideology of predestination.

I have compiled a list of scriptural references which I believe address the crux of this argument.
"Do not conform to the pattern of this world,..." For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight."
"As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient."
"You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God."
As sad as it is, commercialism of Christmas (including Santa Claus) is just one more tool of the devil to drive a wedge between believers and God. Every compromise, no matter how trivial it may seem, just serves to move "the world" further away from God.

Romans 8: 29; For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Predestination is the very backbone of the Bible, people need to read their Bible!
Read all the verses that were posted, and what God has said about this idolatry that's going on today! Leviticus 26: 1; Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God.
Read more of HIS WORD, that's all that really matters. Read the Scripture that was posted earlier, starting with Jeremiah 10.

I think you should tell them the truth about Santa Claus. I personally am appalled that no one really knows the true history of Santa! Christmas and Easter and Christianity have been hijacked by unbelievers. The birth of Christ was prophecy being fullfilled. It cost thousands of children their lives. This precious son was sent to suffer and die for the sins of the world. Don't let Santa steal your childrens hearts. Don't make light of the cost. I told my 3 sons about Jesus first. They understood and asked God for forgiveness and to save them. Later I told them about the real Santa. That don't mean you can't take your children to Disney Land. God bless you brother.

God has entrusted our children to us to instruct and lead them on the right path.
I'm choosing not to tell my children that Santa is real. I'm sorry but we as parents ( speaking in future tense for me lol) need to be honest and tell the truth.

I can see how people would feel like its okay to tell their kids that 'harmless' idea about santa clause for fun... but it isn't harmless. The kids become dissapointed when they find out and I'm sure they wonder why their parent would tell them a myth. That's how I would feel. My parents specifically my mom told me from day 1 there was no santa clause because she didn't want to lie to us. I am glad she did and i'll do the same with my kids. I don't like false hope. She did say there was a saint nick a longgg time ago and explain a little of him. Why does there have to be a santa? Why can't you just say Jesus gave them those presents? Jesus gives us all that we have. And he's real! On easter its about Jesus as well yet people want to believe in the easter bunny. It's jesus people! What's wrong with that? I am sure the kids will be mrore greatful that you told them of someone real, that they are having things provided to them because of him.
