You are seriously comparing Obama to hitler just because he doesn't want every looney to run around with a gun?!

I can't even come up with something to say to that that won't cause me to be stoned by most of you americans.
 
That has nothing to do with it. He's undermining the second amendment because he recently made a deal with the Chinese government for them to begin extracting U.S. natural resources (e.g. coal, oil, etc...) and engage in farming operations as repayment for the trillions we now owe them.

The Chinese pressured Obama to do this because when Chinese state owned companies move into the U.S. in the near future and begin literally raping U.S. natural resources off to China enmasse, this is going to be very unpopular with the American people and neither Obama nor the Chinese want a shooting match with an American public armed to the teeth with semiautomatic weapons.

Obama is not one to let a good crisis go to waste. He puts on a magic act for you about how much he loves you but really he's working with the Chinese to start repaying the debt we owe them and is worried about the massive amount of semiautomatic gun buying that has occurred since he took office and what could happen when the chinese start moving into the zones he's made for them here and start extracting.

I honestly think this is a hard issue for most Europeans.
They've been de-weaponized, and have grown accustomed to it.
They wonder what all the fuss is about.
They don't 'get' us with our fierce independent streak and our desire to be left alone in peace.
They don't realize, prolly, what this issue is truly all about.

Disarm the people so you can better control them.
Disarm the people so they can't fight for their independence, like they did in 1776.
Disarm the herd so the elites can create their utopia.
(and believe me they do NOT mean for 'you' to be part of their utopia!)

I agree 100%.

It just bothers me that many have the false assumption of Americans. Mass shootings happen and then suddenly people think we are all gun happy and we approve of murder of children. I don'r know one person in this country that felt the shooting in CT was justified. It scared me. We send our kids to school to learn and grow and the thought of a psychopath murdering your child is a thought that has brought tears to my eyes.

What that incident taught me is we are not protecting our children. You cannot protect yourself and family by disarming yourself. You are making yourself vulnerable.

10 feet from me is a handgun. It is loaded. It is locked in a case as well. I have this gun for protection. I hope and pray that I NEVER have to unlock that case too. I have also never shot this gun. Yet, some consider me "gun happy".

It is also sad that governments have manipulated their people to thinking they will protect them so they have no need to protect themselves. Even God said man will fail you, and history has proven they will
 
It is my belief that when the Berlin Wall fell, America should have left the European nations to be more responsible for their own defense.

Cultural issues like this would not have been as big an issue, because, like I said, enemies can be both foreign and domestic.

Why did Hitler take away guns from his own people and refuse to ride into Switzerland like he did almost every other nation around him?

Yeah, I'm sure we all know it but its worth mentioning that mass shootings are happening in gun-free zones. When someone tried to pull a shooting in Arizona, well, it didn't last long :D

and do you wonder what would have happened if the people had had their way with 'isolationism'?
especially when those living at the outset of WWII, remembering full well having fought,
lost brothers, fathers, sons, loved ones in the 'war to end all wars' were r-e-a-l-l-y not interested in rescuing Europe again?
at least, these are the memories of my parents' generation--their friends and family members alive and adult at the time.
they just didn't want to make that sacrifice.

what do you think would have happened, had we kept to ourselves?

i agree with homeschooling 100%,,years ago when our youngest were in 3rd and 5th grade we would stay up till 10oclock helping them with their "home-work",,we discussed "home-school",,i pointed to the homework the school was sending home and we were teaching and said to my wife,"were already home-schooling",,and then checked them out of school.

It just seems that the gun control agenda has now become mind control in our public schools.

As Jon Rappoport says in his article:

I guess that's another reason to homeschool: so that you, the parent, can decide what to teach your children and how, instead of letting them be brainwashed by public school political agendas.

The main problem is many parents are not teaching the necessary ethics to their children in order for them to function in this cruel world. Instead, they allow the status quo to brainwash them into adults that we have come to disapprove of. The fault starts with the parent(s). Most of these parents are just to busy dealing with their own problems.
