Obama weighing executive actions on housing, gays and other issues

These and other potential actions suggest that Obama is likely to rely heavily on executive powers to set domestic policy in his second term. One White House official said that while the president does not see the actions as substitutes for more substantial legislation, he also wants to move forward on top priorities.

Obama’s Expanding Kill List - "Domestic Extremists"

...We are now witnessing the expansion of Obama’s Kill List. The list began under the Bush regime as a rationale for murdering suspect citizens of countries with which the US was not at war. The Obama regime expanded the scope of the list to include the execution, without due process of law, of US citizens accused, without evidence presented in court, of association with terrorism.

Already a year or two ago, the director of Homeland Security said that the federal police agency’s focus had shifted from terrorists to “domestic extremists,” another elastic and undefined term. A domestic extremist will be all who disagree with Washington. They also are headed for the Kill List...

...According to a recent poll of registered American voters, 75% approve of Washington’s assassination of foreign citizens abroad based on suspicion that they might be terrorists, despite the fact that the vast majority of the Gitmo detainees, declared by the US government to be the most dangerous men on earth, turned out to be totally innocent. Only 13% of registered voters disapprove of the extra-judicial murders carried out by Washington against foreign citizens, whether based on wrong intelligence, hearsay, or actual deeds. Public Says It’s Illegal to Target Americans Abroad As Some Question CIA Drone Attacks

Homeland Security - the federal police agency?

This reminds me of another country that had a national police force about 70 years ago. They were able to detain citizens who had not committed a crime. They were rounded up, shipped off to camps, and summarily exectued because thet did not fit in with the new ideology.

Now, 70 years later on a different continent a country that help to defeat this type of action has had a a new idea. Let's create a national police force that has the authority to round up and detain citizens without legal warrants and hold them indefinitely if they do not meet the new ideology.

How soon we forget.

Hmmmm. this story does sound familiar...That's right...Nazi Germany where theDH/SS was allowed to arrest people without cause.

this case is more Soviet than Nazi.

either way, neither was the end game.
one was nationalist fascism. the other was expansionist fascism.
the new one is global.

good point on the globalism. wow, we really are progressing aren't we.

These Executive Orders are ultra extreme abuse of Power wacooo who will stand up to stop Him Mark Lavine has started but need the weak wristed senate to be men of the United States of the Constitution

And God is still in control, over all of it ... Nothing goes without His authority or approval of it ..

some of these executive orders are more effective than waiting on a broken bipartisan congress to discuss and pass these things.

When you have a congress that spends more time arguing and infighting then accomplishing anything? yes.

Although one agrees there is fighting that is unnessasary.
Much of the fighting is nessasary, as we elect these to keep the balance.
In this country, its not just the budget that is out of balance.
In all my life I have never seen a presadent like this, its not about what is best for the country, its about what Obama bests that is our loss.

God bless
pickles

personally he havent had an issue with anything thats been signed through obama's executive order that i can think of at the moment.

congress is bought and paid for to do exactly what they are doing - nothing.

that paves the way for a 'fed up' dictator to take matters into his own hands.

really, Nautilus, you'll be changing your mind about being so cavalier concerning your Constitution one day.
you'll wonder what happened.

I mean I guess if I did things that would make me worry...

I wish there was a double like button.... wholly agree.

well, there's really no point in worrying, if you are a Christian.
we have eternal life.

you don't have to be "doing" anything wrong for the control freaks to want to control ya.
that's just who they are and what they do.
