I saw grass today, yes GRASS! Woohoo!! And I'm sure you guys can tell that I pretty future-focused, so I am already thinking of what I will be doing this summer. How about yourself, got any plans for this summer??? Trips? Books you would like to read? Where you'd like to spend your time? :cool:

Okay, we have grass here year round. It was 70 degrees today. :p This summer I will be going to school and hopefully working. Who knows what I'll be reading... I burn through about 3 books a week.
 
As long as I can get the money on time and there are seats open I plan on going to see Rush in June (that's right, I said Rush), and it will be amazing. I also want to start reading Orthodoxy by G.K. Chesterton again, and hopefully finish it this time. Maybe I'll actually finish Mere Christianity while I'm at it.
 
I don't like summer, for the most part, for both practical and...personal reasons. :/

I don't really see myself doing anything differently than the things I'm doing now, besides being able to go outside to read more. I hope to be reading the LOTR series by the summer, so there's that! :) I am looking forward to fireflies and summer sunsets in the cool of the evening. :) Also that it won't be dark at 6 PM!

I hope to experience HUGE changes in my life by this Summer. :) Not ready to share them just yet.

As far as reading, I have a chronological Bible that I would really love to finish before I move on to anything lighter.
 
Plans: Spending time at the lake and on the beach on my days off
Books: The Order of Trees, LoTR, and maybe some Christian books
Hobbies: Practicing calligraphy, Look into joining a Life Group at a church
Work: My current job and look into doing some work as an Extra for a casting company out here
 
Well I think my summer might play out as usual hopefully. A lot of time spent tanning at the pool. I will finish Dance of the Dragons, probably watch Limitless, Expendables 2, Contagion, and Silver Linings Playbook. Also working but what else is new?
 
I will swim like a dolphin.
Sleep under the open sky.
Ride my bike at night.
Have some really nice picnics.
Read some nice books. I love reading outside when the sun is shining.
Explore.
Check out some new, interesting places.
 
ill move to Cali work out and go to the gun range. hopefully find a great church and hang out on the beach
 
I'm going to try to get into MotoVlogging this summer. I feel like its a really good medium for discussing personal things, like a road trip conversation for the world to partake in.

I have a lot of Family that I am backlogged to visit. That should be... interesting.


 
I am going to get my tan on and soak up the warm weather. I will be going to the beach more this summer (and bring all of my books with me). I also plan on getting a new bathing suit hopefully a full body one jk :) I am going to have fun instead of being cooped up all of the time in the AC :) I'm going to enjoy it. I've made a pact with my cousin after all of this cold weather if either of us starts to complain about summertime we are allowed to lovingly slap some sense back into them :D

Me too! I love books I can't get enough of them :)
 
rainy season is finally over! Summer is in the air! Weeeh!!!! IM DEFINITELY HEADING TO THE B-E-A-C-H :)
 
Well found out yesterday the Rush tourdate that was in my area is officially sold out :(, worst day ever. Now taking summer plans suggestions.

:( Maybe people will be selling their tickets on Craigslist? I would keep checking, since there's still some time.
