I watched the video till the halfway point and then gave up.
I think the Apostle Paul had it covered when he wrote this to the Ephesians in chapter 4:30
30 "And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
32 and be ye kind one to another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."
Paul tells us not to grieve the Holy Spirit and in verse 31 he tells us the things we need to cast aside and in verse 32 he tells us the virtues that we need to foster.
If we take Paul's advice and live our life accordingly I don't think we are going to do much that is wrong at all and if that is the case then rather than try to live by the law as some seek to do, all we need to do is remember Paul's advise not to grieve the Holy Spirit and we have it covered.
