Hi everyone. Just wondered how you all are.

Its been a busy 2 months for me so I am in the hairdressers getting my grey hair covered up.
The first proper me time for a while.

I got on the bus the other day and the driver asked if I wanted half fare.
At first I smiled - maybe he thought I was a student I told myself.
But there again maybe he thought I was a pensioner!

So here I am sat with glop on my hair sipping tea.

Question - do you men dye your hair?

Hope everyone is feeling young at heart (hopefully I will be when I walk out of the hairdressers!

Now wait a minute! I still have to wait three more weeks to get half fare. I'd be glad God has less hairs to count, and he can give someone else more time. (No I do not dye my hair, although they sell enough hair dye for men)

I am only in my 30s and don't dye my hair. Am ok. But one of my guinea pigs escaped and ran round my living room tOok a wjile to catch her. Pprayed and prayed. Sleepoy now anb guinea is too

Im with you Miri!! I purchased the box yesterday - I will be a auburn haired beauty once again!! :)
PS: I've been referring to the greys as platinum, makes me feel a little more royal. ;)

Hi, they do move fast don't they. A friend of mine had a rabbit and a guinea pig and they had a small well enclosed garden, so they use to let both run around the garden occasionally. Trying to catch them later was like a scene from wacky races!

Hi Ken aah... I think God will still love and count each of your hair folicles!!! Look at Elisha, he was a powerful man. :)
I have seen a few men who tattoo their bald heads to add a bit of colour, I suppose it has the benefit of not growing out.
Women get a bus pass at 60 in the UK at the moment, I'm not sure about men it may still be 65.

Piper Im so impressed - the last time I tried to dye my hair at home, the bathroom needed re-decorating, not the mention the towels were a mess. How do you avoid the drips? Mine is now back to its nice dark brown colour, sometimes I add the odd bit of dark red/burgandy at the front.

Does anyone know what the difference is between hair dye for men (just for men, that kind of thing) and hair dye for women.
Is it made of sterner stuff, less mess, less fuss etc. I might try it if so, but I suspect it is just the same.

i was going to touch up around my hairline but spent the day with my younger sister

i'll tell only you this secret ( i have p'ut a little hair dye in my husbands hair) surprising my hair dye looked more natural than the one for men

but i like adding color to my hair , and i usually keep an old ugly towel and plastic bags with newspaper for the mess

That would not work for me. I would have to cover all the walls and every surface with clingfilm :).

The last time I tried to dye my hair I even managed to get it on the ceiling!!!

The first time I self-colored my hair I wasn't very careful consequently, my bathroom walls ended up covered in specks of red dye that it looked like a murder scene! I spent more time cleaning the walls than I did coloring my hair. Me thinks saran-wrapping the walls would have been a good idea. ;) Haha.

Life is very very hard. I have a tendency to just blurt when someone responds to me. HUGE HUGE HUGE issues. How are you? Is there any way I could chat with someone?
