i know god has some one for me i just dont feel like i will ever beable to find a guy that loves god more then anything... because right now all the guys that i talk to call me stupid and a bible thumper.... i just wish there was some out there that would like me for me....

This probably isn't going to be your favorite answer... but it is truthful. You are very young yet, there are two profound reasons for no boys liking you... 1) you are not strong enough in faith to guard your heart for your self... this is God's protection for you. 2) neither you or your future mate are yet prepared for each other... this is God's protection for you. Please set your focus on being the prized Child of God you are ... for that is of much greater value than being a popular girl now. I know it is hard bu try to think of it like God's assignment for you now and ... "GO DO YOUR HOMEWORK!";)

The most important question I have for a woman Im interested in is "do you believe in Jesus?" women t love Jesus first are very hard to find, I've been looking for quite awhile. So I believe that you are in the wrong crowd, because true Christian Men would know ur a catch.

You DON'T want to get into a relationship until you're ok with being alone. Meaning God is your number one and Jesus is all you need and having a husband is just an extra bonus that you get to enjoy in your life on earth. You're going to long for one (If thats the road God wants for you) but You also have to trust that God will bring him to you when you're ready for him. and when hes ready to treat you like the wife that God gave him. maybe hes not ready for you either? It'll happen.

It just REALLY sucks waiting huh? (reading relationship books helps me keep calm and wait of God's timing) >_^

Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul, seek first His kingdom and righteousness, and be sure you are walking the crucified life unto Him. Do not worry about what others think of you or if you will be single your whole life, you keep yourself pure and holy before God, preach repentance and faith to all, stand strong against the worldly pop culture, and you will be alone and isolated.

But this is a good time for you to do this:

Jas 4:7 Therefore submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Jas 4:8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, double-minded ones.
Jas 4:9 Be afflicted, and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to heaviness.
Jas 4:10 Be humbled before the Lord, and He will lift you up.

Let your whole life be a ministry to God, in all purity and sincerity and love, standing firm in His truth, your so called friends who are still in sin and bondage to the ways of the world will run from you, but you must endure to the end!

God will provide a mate for you IF its His will, but you must make yourself ready for this, by making Jesus number one in your life, and waling a walk on the narrow road, worthy of your calling!

Heb 10:22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies having been washed with pure water.

Oh my goodness I feel like this is myself speaking here! You don't know how many times I have heard from men that I am a bible thumper...lol my number one rule before marrying someone is the guy has to love God more than me but with the conflicting views of today's society sometimes this seems like an impossible task. What helps me is remembering Gods timing is not our timing, sometimes He wants to teach us things and bring us closer to Him before we find that special someone.

found my husband to be on christian mingle. there are tons of positive men on there who love the lord. be patient n trust God he would never leave you.

Any guy that doesn't value your Christian faith and isn't a strong Christian himself isn't worth your time. No matter what they may call you, don't be ashamed for holding yourself to the Christian standards you do.

i totally agree, many times ive been in a broken relationship because my standard is my man or my future husband must believe in Christ should have the same faith as mine. many of the guys i knew fail in this area. so i dont hesitate to broke them up because i know that God prepares someone for me in His own perfect time, although its really hard to wait but its more hard to be with a man who doesnt believe in what you believe in.

Thats my number one rule to.... lol... and i know and i dont mind being called bible thumper.. its just i wished guys would be more consitret on peoples faith...

I only read the first few replies so I cannot say this about all of the posts. But from the posts I have seen I will say this. Do not take the advice of anyone that limits you by your age or stature (that would be condemnation) and that is not sound advice based on scripture or edifying advice that is presented by the leading of the Holy Spirit. Study what the scriptures say about marriage and seeking a mate. Your success is based on your diligence in seeking the Kingdom of God and the righteousness of Jesus. This is the truth as written in the holy scriptures. Do not be discouraged.

Tommy this is the first time I've read what u wrote and felt that it was sound advice out of love. :)

God's timing is perfect timing :) that's what keeps me going. Just remember that God is saving you for someone special, just wait on the Lord and trust in him. There is plenty of time to find the right person, so just relax focus on God and know that he is in control :D when the time comes you will meet the right person that He has chosen for you, and you'll even think to yourself I am so glad I was patient

GIRL DON'T WORRY, there're many guys who think like you. The youth of young Christians can be very difficult, but don't give up and you will be happy. I understand you, but really, believe me, there're plenty of good guys, finds the strength in prayer, read the Bible and dedicated to your passions, so as to distract your mind from negative thoughts. God bless you. :)
