We are taught to edify each other, yet it seems at time we see the opposite. In my church, we go up to a few people and tell them what we like about them such as their dedication, their submissiveness, how on fire they are for God, and even at times things such as their ability to make people laugh, their smile, or even how they did their hair that day. Let's see if in the midst of edifying each other we can also guess who the person is that the poster is edifying. How about we let three posts go by before we say who it is we were edifying. I know there are times when life seems to get you down and just to hear from someone else that they think you are something special in the eyes of God can make your day brighter. Let's make the fifth thing be something a bit more specific so people have at least a chance at guessing.
An example would be the following(this is not a real description so don't guess):
!. Knows the word of God
2. Is compassionate
3. Tolerant of others
4. Listens
5. Has long, beautiful brown hair
Eph 4:29
29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. (KJV)
