When you log on during your Therapeutic Communications for Health Care Professionals class and see that you've got 4 likes and 2 mail messages.

Psssh, CC is your true therapeutic communication class :P

I know, right?! Especially because the situations our book came up with are just stupid. Like one was about some guy smoking in the waiting room of the ER. What would you do? I called my instructor over and pointed at the question. She said, "So, how would you respond?". I looked at her and said, "Honestly? I'd tell them to get the hell out of my ER. I'd bring to their attention that the hospital is highly flammable, and he didn't get to smoke in it." She laughed and said, "Your ER, huh?"

Um... yeah, my ER. If it's my shift, and I'm responsible for it, you bet it's mine! Duh! :p

I officially award Donkeyfish an additional internets for giving the second, literal laugh out loud moment tonight. My neighbors might call the cops if this keeps up.

Ack! I'm missing out on the awards. I should stop looking at cars and think up something witty to say.
