I've never been to an In n Out but I've heard they're fantastic. I've only had Jack in the Box once and it was okay, so even though I've never had In n Out, that's what I'm going to pick. :P

Having a runny nose but no kleenexes around or having a cough with no cough drops or water?
 
Definitely having a cough with no cough drops. I have allergies and it's no fun having a runny nose with no Kleenex, cause then you have to use your hands or shirt or whatever you can get your hands on and then you're all snotty... haha.

Tap. Bottled is okay but for some reason it almost always tastes too sweet/metallic-y to me. It's weird.

I have never heard of either of those, but I think rabbits are cute, so...I'm gonna go with that one. :D

Being able to breathe underwater or being able to turn invisible?
 
Breathe underwater, imagine the things you could see if you didn't have to worry about oxygen tanks and all that. You could go really deep in the ocean and see things you wouldn't have seen if not for that.
