Do you ever feel so frequently irritated at somebody that even when they do something that's actually really nice, your first reaction is...annoyance?

im sorry i annoy you :p

Me personally when dealing with people in person. I just get annoyed with them quick. i am so used to spending all my time alone just someone being around annoys me.

Yea, I've got a few family members that really get on my last nerve. lol, I love em but man.....they're hard to deal with

:p If it was you or anybody else on here, I reeeeeally doubt I'd be posting about it...here. Haha.

I knew a woman once who was not supposed to like me because her man and my man had differences, but I liked her nonetheless. :) I saw both of them at a restaurant and she mentioned that it was their anniversary, so I congratulated them. On the way home I bought a card and sent it to them as a "mending" gesture.

They received it a couple of days later and called to ask what I meant by that.

I can't think of anyone off hand I feel like that about, but I feel as though many times I am that person to someone else.

im quite sure I annoy many people.

I think everyone annoys someone else at some point in time. I'm sure I can be pretty annoying myself.

Now, MissCris, that has totally happened to me. My sister and I are really close, but one time we had an argument/disagreement and we didn't talk for a couple of weeks. Then, to try and mend that bridge, she did something really sweet, but I was still kind of upset at her and it ended up just annoying me. Of course, I got over it and looking back I probably shouldn't have been annoyed but at the time it did annoy me.

I have that problem with my dad. He drives me insane sometimes, trying to be nice, haha.

And yeah, i am one of those people. Just looking at some of the responses i get when i offered advice should prove that, haha.

I worry I annoy people. In my experience, most people don't know what to do with me. Especially when I nerd out over something. For instance, this week I gave 3 presentations in 3 different classes because they were part of my final. In my Therapeutic Communications class I gave a 21 minute presentation (and that was cut down) about AIDS and HIV in Gay America. Everyone else's presentation was 5 minutes and under. The first presentation I gave in that class had to be about another culture. So I chose the southern culture. That presentation was 45 minutes. Yep, I LECTURED. I gave a history lesson on the South. So yeah, I worry that I'm annoying.

This thread is annoying. Jk jk.

I try to stop this behavior because i always feel proper bad and guilty afterwards. It takes a lot of mental preparation to be nice to certain people.

For some reason now,I'm annoyed that you just posted that. LOL J/K Family always gets on yer' last nerve I think...always peeps that you are closest too, especially if they have the same bad habits that you ,yourself are in denial of having.

from a proper southern perspective, I hope.

Ohhhh Ohhhh Ohhh My Glob psychomom!!! Where's my dislike/report post button?????? Yankee lies.I am hurt to the core.:( lol

oh, dear...now I am the irritating person...:(

(j/k about that southern stuff, you know. but we KY gals have to joke about this stuff. :) )

hahaha!

the war of Yankee agression!
:p
LOL nah..I'm used to it. I get Yankee hatred even living in the most Northern state here in Maine, just because I grew up in NY. of course everyone here loves Boston & they are as redneck as you can get if you venture anywhere North of Portland. It's even worse when I tell them I was born in San Francisco...then I get Yankee hatred plus called a fag or a filthy hippie. They're a charming bunch up here..you must visit. LOL

You're all so nice and humble, worrying that you annoy people. Me? It never once went through my mind that I might bug anyone!

Er, not lately, anyway.

Probably I do, though, with my weird animal personification and...I dunno, all that other annoying stuff.
