For as long as my company has existed, when the sales guy at work does Anything nice we all walk on Eggshells waiting for the other shoe to fall...
I took him to lunch the other week to talk to him about a behavior that was creating animosity between all parties at work that he was un-aware of. I made this 60something year old dude Cry because I was talking man to man with him, treating him with respect. That behavior disappeared never to be seen again, and he has been more conscious of how he interacts with each of us. More flies with honey? Nah, just trying to resolve conflict using the Biblical example, and didn't have to go next level on that trip right there, yo.
Apparently when we left for lunch there was some speculation as to the odds of Both of us coming back, and the odds were against it.

At heart, Miss Psychomom, I am a proper southern belle. I've seen Gone With the Wind at least 10 times, I'm currently reading a book that is set in the South, and I watched Steal Magnolias last night. I can quote that movie line for line. I have a nice southern accent (I've been told I sound like I'm from Georgia), and I can tell someone to go to hell and make them look forward to the trip. Yep, I'm quite the belle!
