God is the only One who can deliver us out of anything. My past is very dark and I've done/participated in things that some people don't believe even exist. However, to God be the glory for saving my sorry self! He's brought me a very long way.

It's humbling to hear all of these stories of God saving people from their brokenness because, while I've lived a fairly sheltered life, I'm reminded that a spirit of pride can still creep in if I'm not careful. God is the one who gave me faith to have faith in his Son, JC, not I. I had no part in it. Hallelujah!

Thanks, guys! Yes, I wasn't taking the 'fairly sheltered life' for granted.
