Does America still have paper money or is it now plastic? Also, how do you quickly/easily tell the difference between the note values if they're all green?

Good grief! Can we have one thread without anything about the RFID chip being the mark of the beast? Ugh.
Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not after you...

We have paper money and coins. Technically, there are also "plastic" options such as a debit card or credit card. With the paper bills, there are numbers on the corners with the value, as well as different presidents for each bill value.

Here's an example. The $1 bill:

Each one looks a little different. The bills have security measures in them too (watermarks, threads, etc.) so that counterfeits can be identified. Some counterfeit bills are very well done, some...not so much. :p

Debit and credit cards? I've never heard of them. We don't even have electricity in Australia.

Well since we were never a christian nation in the first place I dont understand why people are surprised. Heck the In God we Trust, was added during the cold war as our motto. In 1956, the nation was at a particularly tense time in the Cold War. As a result, the 84th Congress passed a joint resolution to replace the existing motto with "In God we trust". The change was partly motivated by a desire to differentiate between communism, which promotes atheism, and Western capitalistic democracies, which were at least nominally Christian. It might have been written as lyrics to the Star Spangled Banner but that was only in an unplayed stanza, written by one man. Our original motto was E Plurbius Unum.
The United States was the only nation ever dedicated to God at its founding other than Israel. It was done so at the St. Paul's Chapel which is located on a corner of ground zero. There is a monument there of George Washington that includes the dedication that was made and his prayer. You can visit and see it today.
This is an amazing part of American history that should not be disregarded.

Secretary Chase instructed James Pollock, Director of the Mint at Philadelphia, to prepare a motto, in a letter dated November 20, 1861:
Dear Sir: No nation can be strong except in the strength of God, or safe except in His defense. The trust of our people in God should be declared on our national coins.
You will cause a device to be prepared without unnecessary delay with a motto expressing in the fewest and tersest words possible this national recognition.

That is from treasury.gov

Question, do you really want "In God We Trust" on U.S. coins? Do you really want to associate God with the U.S. government that constantly goes to war when it's unnecessary? Do you want to associate God with the U.S. government that creates laws you disagree with? For example, if you're pro-life, do you want "In God We Trust" plastered on a coin belonging to a government that is pro-choice?

I believe in Separation of Church and state because a government that forced people to believe in God or to live by God's morals defeats the whole purpose of letting people choose whether they want to believe or not.

If we don't base our laws off of God, then how will the gov. determine right and wrong? I believe the answer is the non-coercion principle. If gays want to get married, they can get married outside the Catholic church. Sure, you may think it's blasphemous, but it's their choice to decide whether they want to go to heaven or hell.
