(Still don't understand why ANYONE would take ranch over bleu cheese.)

I'm allergic to anything that ends in Cillian. So I stay away from eating mold. I see nothing wrong with that.

I don't have a lot of experience in types of cheese, but I make an amazing New York cheesecake. It takes 4 hours and is completely worth it.

Young vs Old Earth?

I don't like Young Earth, watching Earth go around wearing fashions from the 1980's, riding fixie bikes, and wearing huge headphones and sunglasses trying to look cool. We had huge headphones in the 70's and 80's because that's all that we had.
Personally, I tend to prefer post-midlife-crisis-Earth.
I like it when Earth has moved beyond the hairpiece-and-shiny-convertible-going-5MPH-under-speed-limit-in-the-left-lane Earth, but has not yet entered the realm of tennis-balls-on-the-legs-of-the-walker and breakfast-at-3AM-lunch-at-7AM elderly Earth.

Oh, and I like colby-jack cheese. It's colorful, like the cheese version of a donut with sprinkles.

swiss and sharp cheddar because they are so multipurpose.
Meh, the last time I had sharp cheddar I ended up stuck in the ER for six hours waiting to get stitches

And it tastes INCREDIBLY cheesy. While it IS a cheesecake, don't imagine what cheesecake tastes like. Imagine instead, cheese pie. This is going to be the best week evar for lunch. ^_^
