Ingredents:

1 graham cracker crust
8oz package of cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vannila extract
1 can of canned berries (cherry or blueberry) optional

soften cream cheese by leaving it out on the counter at room temprature for a couple of hours.
In mixing bowl combine cream cheese and condensed milk and blend untill smooth. Blend in lemon juice and vannila extract . Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and chill in fridge overnight. Top with optional berries the next day and serve.
